Aside from the slightly acquired decorative taste... wtf is with them sneaking their tea set (or part of it) into as many pictures as possible? bonus points when it’s photographed with muffins or a cheese board...

I think it’s a gorgeous house apart from the decor, and most of that is easily remedied by stripping wallpaper and painting the walls, and getting rid of all the curtains. Maybe re-tiling the bathroom and changing the doors of the fitted wardrobes too.

The whole house needs gutting!

I drove past this house a few weeks ago and couldn't wait to nosy on rightmove.

£700k for a badly aged property on a main road in Wakefield, right next door to a pub and a stones throw away from the Asda and estate? Nah you're alright 🤣

I would be concerned about the electrics and boiler needing replacing!

It is a Wedgwood tea set (used to work for them) can't remember the pattern name, but more expensive than Royal Doulton with periwinkles
