It's great that she has won the privacy case. Great for her and great for all of us because it's a warning the gutter press.
I am puzzled by the copyright case though. When I read about this initially I assumed the dispute was whether it was MM or her father who owned the copyright of the letter. It's not that though. The dispute is whether MM or her secretary own copyright because MM didn't actually write the letter by herself.
I find this really strange. Of course really busy people like her have staff to write letters, but not to their own parent surely, especially if it's an emotional letter.
