Chatting at work today and it came to light that of the 5 of us, 3 still live in the same town as they were born in.

I moved a lot as a child and (having used a distance calculator) have worked out I live 445miles from where I was born.

About 40 miles although it feels a lot further away at the moment!!

7 miles from hospital to my front door. Did move to London for 8 years though, but came back because it’s home.

About a 100 miles currently but I’ve lived in lots of places, I’ve said to me daughter to not stay in the town she was born in all her live and to move, experience new places, can’t imagine living all my life in one place!

Friends where I live now even have children attending the school they themselves attended!
