Cold left over roast potatoes

I always sneak one off the plate and eat cold on their own with a pinch of sea salt. DH thinks I’m a philistine and they have to be heated up!

I think my taste buds must be broken, I can't abide roast potatoes, hot or cold.

He gave me an odd look and muttered something about wondering what happened to the experimental failure and now he knew.

I deliberately make too many roasting so I can eat them cold with salt later in the evening.
