It's been like that for a couple of decades, on every flippin' message forum, on every tv programme, and in many magazines, and in the majority of workplaces... And as has been said, all the comedians (especially 'alternative' comedians) are always leftie, and are very derogatory about people who are conservative or right of centre... And as someone said earlier, black comedians mock white people, and berate them, and when they take the piss out of white people, it's OK for some reason. Yet white people can't say ANYthing remotely negative about POC. It pisses me right off! They even get to use the 'N' word amongst themselves, but WHITE people can't say it. Not that I would want to, or would if it was 'allowed' but it's still hugely disingenuous. When you question it, all you get is the 'we have reclaimed the word' bollocks!
A while back, Kanye West stated 'black people had a choice of whether they were slaves in America. They could have walked away, but they chose to stay...' He was mocked and laughed at, (mostly by black people,) and a few people were a bit annoyed, but the majority of people took the piss. If a WHITE PERSON had said what Kanye West said, their life would have been upended. They would have been 'cancelled.' They would have lost their job (or if self employed would have got no work from anywhere,) their agent would have dropped them, their friends would have ghosted them, and their life would have been destroyed.
The (black) people mocking, were making jokes about slavery (yes JOKES,) and they were all LOLing and jeering each other on. When anyone WHITE commented, they were attacked, derided, slagged, off and told 'fuck off white privilege.' By black people AND white people .... (The WOKE obviously!)
Also, as I said to someone earlier, I don't give a shit what some randoms on some shitty two-bit message forum say about us on here, and I don't give a shit if they slate me personally. I can be really outspoken and gobby and ranty, and do come out with some views that people will not, and DO not like. But I am not racist, and neither are my views, and they can say I am til hell freezes over; it doesn't make it true. I am championing 'pro-white people' views as I am sick of white people always being painted as the bad guy, and I am sick of the tedious 'white privilege' label people trot out constantly, and how you must not EVER EVER criticize a person of colour, even if they are a total twat. But I am not anti black/anti people of colour, and as I said a few days ago, I would always step in if I saw an act of injustice against a POC, and I have done so in the past. As most people would.
As I say, I know I am gobby and opinionated and ranty, and I do stick my head above the parapet, so I am not going to be surprised or bothered if a few people (on another forum) slag me off. (In fact IMO, it's a bonus that the views are being seen by more than just us lovelies on here!)
The only way I could stop people bitching and berating, is by reining it in, and not airing my views and opinions, by biting my tongue, and saying what I think 'the woke' want to hear. But that AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN. I have been reining it in, and not speaking my mind for the best part of 2 decades, and I am sick of it. This is the first forum I have ever been on where you can speak your mind, and post non-woke, non-leftie views, without getting the posts deleted, or your account banned.
Also, a HUGE amount of people on here are coming out with similar views, so it shows it's not just me who is pissed off and frustrated at being gagged and muzzled, and not allowed to speak freely by society/the media/the woke! AND people on twitter are becoming more vocal about how pissed off they are about 'the wokery,' and political correctness, and white people always being made out to be the bad guy, and people of colour being saintly, and 'never wrong.'
So, reddit and mumsnet fuckers reading this. Don't think by slagging us off that you will silence us.
