Apologies for the fail link.

But awww, diddums, Boris is struggling to afford a nanny and complaining about supporting his other children.

How my heart bleeds!

Looking at Wiki, a scholarship sent him to Eton. I don’t think it’s a long term wealthy family. They all seem/ed to have worked.

pandafunfactory · 19/09/2020 14:54

I think the story is there to lead breadcrumbs to the story they can't report, the one that's all over Twitter and will lead to him paying more child support

Agree that the breadcrumbs are more interesting than the story. Seems his days as a glorious leader are over! He’s an overweight, stressed out, skint, poorly leader. Who wants that?

pussycatinboots · 19/09/2020 14:57

panda we better break out the 🎻🎻🎻🎻

Goffsthelot · 19/09/2020 14:57

Yes, it's blatant spin to garner sympathy. Just like that photo of him emerging from a government car clutching a red box and a baby bottle. Pathetic.

Who's he got pregnant this time?
IntermittentParps · 19/09/2020 14:58

The heart bleeds, doesn't it?

I agree with pandafunfactory, though, it's a dead cat.

shesgonebatshitagain · 19/09/2020 14:59

@MildDrPepperAddiction

Clap for Boris. That'll help him.
Suspect he’s already had it
Stinkyguineapig · 19/09/2020 14:59

I thought the PM job would pay more than £150k

I think most of them either come from wealthy families Eg Boris, David Cameron, or make their money afterwards with books and after dinner speeches.

Maybe Carrie could take in some ironing? 😉

jajajao · 19/09/2020 14:59

This is what one of his ex-bosses,Max Hastings, has to say about him

"There is room for debate about whether he is a scoundrel or mere rogue, but not much about his moral bankruptcy, rooted in a contempt for truth"

"Like many showy personalities, he is of weak character."

Jaichangecentfoisdenom · 19/09/2020 15:03

Darn it, I saw the headline and hoped against hope it was bad grammar and really meant "Boris is broken" by his abject failure to be a competent dictator ruler leader of the country and that then there'd be a GE before the end of the year and the UK could rejoin the EU. (Wishful thinking and impossible, but a girl can dream!)

SchadenfreudePersonified · 19/09/2020 15:04

@Frownette

Mine too, shall we clasp our hearts meaningfully and fall down in sympathy?

Mind you though the Fail gets up to all sorts of mischievous reporting

Perhaps we could stand outside of our homes and clap/ bang pan together/ raise arousing chorus of "Land of Hope and Glory" for him?

Despot. The word you are looking for is "despot"
Coldemort · 19/09/2020 15:05

Shall I donate some of my £409 Universal Credit that I've been living off since losing my job 3 months ago.
After all its plenty enough to live the high life on...

Stinkyguineapig · 19/09/2020 15:06

If he did resign though, who is suitable as a replacement? The rest of them dont really inspire confidence .....

quiteathome · 19/09/2020 15:09

Maybe we should bring out the sympathy violins.

jcurve · 19/09/2020 15:11

It’s not a Daily Mail story, it was printed in The Times this morning. DM has just picked it up & run with it.

Boredbumhead · 19/09/2020 15:16

He has millions and he was getting paid massive amounts for his newspaper column. I don't believe this

Redcrayons · 19/09/2020 15:21

It’s worrying that the man in charge of the whole country did not foresee a huge drop in income.

Perhaps he could ask Rishi for some financial advice —marry rich and don’t shag around—

nevermorelenore · 19/09/2020 15:22

Must be hard having 6 or 7 children to support on a government salary. Poor BoJo.

Just reading about the injunctions etc on Twitter. Does The Sun still do that shagger of the year award cos wow.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 19/09/2020 15:25

I thought he had an acknowledged 6 and at least one more "secret" one before this latest little Johnson was even thought of. That would make 8 (possibly), but certainly at least 7)

SchadenfreudePersonified · 19/09/2020 15:28

And at least the fat w*nker has still got a job plus directorships and after-dinner-speechifying-at-umpteen-grand-a-pop not to mention money salted away hidden from his numerous paternity claims no doubt . . .

Laughed out loud at the first comment, and the second’s just as good!

Agree this is a none too subtle nod to the 🎻 connection.

I can imagine £150k a year doesn’t stretch too far when you have a certain lifestyle to maintain, and a family large enough to rival the Von Trapps.

As a good Tory, he’ll have been prudent enough to save while he was earning well, no? So he could be self-sufficient and not rely on the State or others. And of course, he will have made sure he’s only fathered as many children as he can afford to support.

Waxonwaxoff0 · 19/09/2020 15:32

Can't stand Boris but the mail is full of shit, wouldn't believd anything I read in it.
