Would you agree a ham and cheese sandwich is a healthy lunch?

Surely one meal can’t be healthy or unhealthy. It’s only a diet that can be so it depends on what else is eaten during the week.

Ethnically confused, sure. A bit random too. But a ham and cheese sarnie is definitely sounding ok, but not as yummy.

It's middle of the road. It's not as healthy as some but healthier than others.

I do not think cheese is so bad my coach was encouraging me to eat more cheese to help maintain my weight at one point, and he was not an advocate of unhealthy eating

Ok Big Mac (with extra cheese thanks to the McDonalds AMA a year or two ago) and a tub of Hagen Daas.

Is a quarter pounder with cheese (and extra cheese) better? I may swap out.

Not as naice as my sarnies I'm making for a socially distanced lunch tomorrow on the patio with 2 friends I haven't seen for 6 months, sqeee can't wait.

Whole meal sarnies filled with aubergine, courgette and pepper slow-roasted in balsamic, fresh basil leaves and ground pepper and turmeric.

Followed by organic honey yoghurt topped with braised apricot.

Mmmmmmm.

I wouldn’t say it’s healthy or unhealthy tbh, depends what else you’re eating with it and what type of bread. I often have ham or chicken and cheese on brown seeded bread for lunch, usually pair it with some blackberries, an orange, lentil crisps and a yoghurt, I would consider that a fairly healthy lunch. I work ten hour shifts in a hospital while studying and don’t have a lot of spare time to prepare lunches, so I make all my sandwiches for the week on Sunday and I find salad tends to go soggy after a few days, so I keep it fairly simple with meat and cheese.

no, corned beef and tomato ketchup to disguise the corned beef.
