For those who followed my thread from yesterday about being stood up. Well guess what? He's just texted. Note its not on WhatsApp. Heres what he said "sorry I couldn't make lunch the other day (yesterday!) Something came up I couldn't get out of. If I could've made it I would have"

That happened to me once, guy rang me and said he couldn't meet up..it was meant to be our first date (no blocking though, this was before WhatsApp etc...), gave him another chance...been married to him now for 25 years Grin

To give u guys an idea of my dating history over the last 5 years.
Portuguese man who spent the entire date complaining about the British government (loudly)
Guy I went on 3 dates with, slept together and his idea of a good time was thrusting like he had a hula hoop around his waist
Guy whispered "be mine" in my ear at the end of first date
Guy who said "i love you" over the phone after 2 dates
Guy who ghosted me after 6 weeks if dating

And this is why I rarely get to 3 dates 😂
