It's got to be mayo obviously - you can shove your vinegary salad cream nonsense quite frankly. DSis and I almost had a proper argument about this last year because she is on the side of the salad cream. She was wrong of course.

I only like mayonnaise with lots of wholegrain mustard in... I think salad cream is very underrated and mayonnaise overrated.

Mayo for me please, especially on chips. Mayo is definitely more versatile, good on salad and you can make egg or tuna sandwiches with it.
