Pretty Woman. La la Land. Sherlock Holmes with Robert Downey. Any of the 'new' Star Wars films.

Giganticshark · 08/05/2020 23:18

Love wedding repeat.
I love time travel, I love comedy. This was abysmal.
Find it on Netflix.

apapuchi · 08/05/2020 23:22

The Tree of Life. Watched it with my mam in an arty cinema in Bath, everyone - EVERYONE - left apart from the two of us. We wanted to as well but I felt rude (yes I know the actors couldn't see us 😂).

Russellbrandshair · 08/05/2020 23:22

Lost in translation was the dullest film I may have ever seen. Nothing bloody happens in it! Two people just waffling on about themselves and their tedious angst ridden thoughts and wow they’re both so unique and special and everything they think is so profound. About as fascinating as a squashed apricot.

Bumsnet1 · 08/05/2020 23:23

@Kelpie78 Buba Ho Tep is the name of the crap you watched.

CherryStoneTree · 08/05/2020 23:24

Down sizing

Bumsnet1 · 08/05/2020 23:24

Pretty woman. It sends a terrible message.

Hedgesfullofbirds · 08/05/2020 23:25

And;
'Meet The Parents' and its even more appalling sequels
The 'Pirates Of The Carribean' garbage
' Dirty Grandpa'
Who screenwrites all this old hogwash and thinks it is entertaining?

Purplepussycat · 08/05/2020 23:25

The decedents with George clooney

apapuchi · 08/05/2020 23:26

Oh, oh and Moulin Rouge. It had such hype around it... didn't get it, still don't. Awful.

Mamma Mia, the only film I’ve ever turned of part way through watching

user1471565182 · 08/05/2020 23:29

ohhhh god fucking Terrence Malick films. Never, ever put yourself through the Thin Red Line

Leflic · 08/05/2020 23:30

It’s a Wonderful Life.

The most over Americanised cheesy sentimental dross every to grace the screen. I have attempted to watch it several times to get all the love for it. It just appalls me I never do more than 19 minutes.

Leflic · 08/05/2020 23:31

Sixth sense was ok. What was so shit about it?

Weclapclapclapclapclaptogether · 08/05/2020 23:32

Big fish

LongPauseNoReply · 08/05/2020 23:33

The Mad Max remake. I think I died during that film.

Batman vs Superman. I didn't want to go to the cinema to see it. DH made me. It's going on my "List of reasons to divorce DH"

transformandriseup · 08/05/2020 23:34

Downsizing

Sunbird24 · 08/05/2020 23:34

Mega Shark vs Mecha Shark. How stupid do you have to be to get eaten by a mechanical shark on dry land that runs on wheels??

CrazyDuchess · 08/05/2020 23:36

Just watched the latest Charlie's Angels Confused
Agree with avatar as well!

SilverLiningSearching · 08/05/2020 23:38

Star Trek Generations, the only movie I’ve ever walked out of, just such a ludicrous plot, one for die hard Sci Fi fans only.

I find the horror genre of film to be lame so just avoid them, saw The Shining, just didn’t get the appeal of it.

Artinsurance · 08/05/2020 23:38

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Probably others in the franchise too but that was the one that DP dragged me to the cinema to see.

TheSandman · 08/05/2020 23:41

Also Solaris.

The original or the ballsup American remake? The original is just mesmerisingly wonderful. One of my favourite films.

Stella8686 · 08/05/2020 23:45

Never liked ET

TheSandman · 08/05/2020 23:51

Meet Joe Black, incredibly boring

I'm surprised you found it boring. It made me fucking angry. How so many people managed to spend so much time and money making a film that managed to be so sodding insulting to the intelligence is beyond my comprehension.
