I didn't realise she was due already. Baby boy born this morning!

OP posts:
Supersimkin2 · 29/04/2020 11:18

They were vague about due date in case it arrived when he was still married to someone else.

He isn't, just.

lynsey91 · 29/04/2020 11:19

@CendrillonSings why nasty? Because we are not all deliriously happy that wonderful Boris has brought yet another child into an already overpopulated world?

I don't like him. I think he is a lazy liar. I also think his personal life is a disgrace. Two failed marriages, six children, one that he has nothing to do with.

He cheated on his wife with this one he is with now. This relationship will almost certainly break down. She is much younger than him and his track record is not encouraging is it?

MarieQueenofScots · 29/04/2020 11:19

Why are so many sycophants so unable to try some sort of depth of thinking.

Is a baby good news? Absolutely.

Is it upsetting that Boris Johson had Covid 19? Absolutely.

Should he take paternity leave? Absolutely

None of those things negate the points about his lacking fatherhood skills.

Blind devotion is a dangerous hobby of the hard of thinking.

LilacTree1 · 29/04/2020 11:21

so convenient for him

now whatever goes wrong during paternity leave will be blamed on someone else. Though I do blame Matt Wancock for a lot of this crap.

CendrillonSings · 29/04/2020 11:21

Why is it horrible to believe he might lie?

So how many of the NHS consultants and nurses at St. Thomas’ are in on the conspiracy to admit him to ICU unnecessarily? Or do you think that they were fooled by Boris, because they’re too professionally incompetent to tell that he was faking the symptoms?

If you say he lied about his condition, then one of the above must be true, which is a pretty disgusting slur against those NHS professionals.

diddl · 29/04/2020 11:21

I wonder what is was about him that made Carrie think he was good father material?

cantory · 29/04/2020 11:21

No he should not take paternity leave in the middle of a crisis.
And we were told he was working from his hospital bed, but suddenly he should not do any work?

slartibarti · 29/04/2020 11:22

How lovely, a bouncing Boris baby Grin
Likely to make him even more popular. He's already "one of the most popular leaders in the deocratic world".
New Stateman article from 8 April

HalfTermHalfTerm · 29/04/2020 11:22

We have a Prime Minister who has been married and divorced twice, has SIX children, and now his mistress has had a baby. Welcome to modern day Britain.

’Mistress’. Really?

x2boys · 29/04/2020 11:22

So people are hard of thinking just because they have different opinions ,oh the irony 🙄

LilacTree1 · 29/04/2020 11:22

and he shouldn't take paternity leave really.
JFC. What a mess.

Alsohuman · 29/04/2020 11:24

I completely believe he was ill but not lying about one thing isn’t proof that he’s never lied about anything. He’s been sacked for lying, it comes naturally.

Notonthestairs · 29/04/2020 11:24

We have a Cabinet they can get on with the crisis. Johnson isn't some kind of magic bullet, he's not going to single handed sort this out.

ducksback · 29/04/2020 11:25

@ducksback no of course we are not in the 1950's. We have a Prime Minister who has been married and divorced twice, has SIX children, and now his mistress has had a baby. Welcome to modern day Britain

So why the stupid remark about her being the first unmarried mother in number 10?

I think she is absolutely crazy to have a relationship with him and even more crazy to have a baby with him. As I said, he has 2 failed marriages and has not been a very good father to any of his children. Does she honestly think he is going to be different this time round?

What the fuck has this to do with you?

NotACleverName · 29/04/2020 11:25

So people are hard of thinking just because they have different opinions ,oh the irony

Well, yes. When they're dismissing anything that's not "oh isn't Boris so great the sun shines out of his arse" sycophantic guff as hate they absolutely are hard of thinking.

MaxNormal · 29/04/2020 11:25

We have a Cabinet they can get on with the crisis. Johnson isn't some kind of magic bullet, he's not going to single handed sort this out.

It was blatantly obvious that they weren't allowed to make decisions in his absence. Which is rather a stuff-up in a fast-moving crises.

cantory · 29/04/2020 11:25

@CendrillonSings I think he was in ICU. The details about it being 50 50 if he lived, but that he was working in his hospital bed a few days before, may not be true. I suspect both are lies, but maybe just one of them.
Medics rightly do not discuss details of his treatment, and I know they were wheeled out because some people were saying he was not ill at all.

MarieQueenofScots · 29/04/2020 11:26

So people are hard of thinking just because they have different opinions ,oh the irony

Try reading the comment I wrote..makes life an awful lot easier. Then you can't practice being offended at something that isn't written.

HesSpartacus · 29/04/2020 11:26

He chose the cabinet based on whether they'd say yes to him, not based on their actual ability. Just look at them.

ducksback · 29/04/2020 11:26

Though I do blame Matt Wancock for a lot of this crap

Wow. That level of 'humour' is at about Y6.

ducksback · 29/04/2020 11:28

HalfTerm I missed the 'mistress' comment! Hilarious and dumb as a rock at the same time.

cantory · 29/04/2020 11:28

If Johnson is not actually needed, then he should resign.
Because either we need a PM in a crisis, or Johnson is a waste of space so makes no difference if he is there.
You can't have it both ways of pretending he is a good PM, but it makes no difference if he disappears in the middle of a crisis.

1forAll74 · 29/04/2020 11:29

The new baby might sleep a lot, if he hears all the constant ramblings of all the polititians !!

TheStuffedPenguin · 29/04/2020 11:31

People think he will have sleepless nights ? Really ? Plus this is his sixth child!

Astrabees · 29/04/2020 11:32

Just imagine a thread on the relationships thread about a man like Boris, I don't think many would be congratulating him on producing another child. Yes, congratulations to Carrie, and here's hoping the baby boy has a long and happy life. Just don't forget all Boris's cheating, lies and having an affair while his wife was having cancer treatment. He is sad apology for a human being.
