I didn't realise she was due already. Baby boy born this morning!

Ugh.

Fallsballs · 29/04/2020 11:05

Can someone please explain why some people are so offended by some folk saying Boris is a twat and has so many kids he’s lost count ?
Save your sympathy for a worthy cause.

Pogmella · 29/04/2020 11:07

How many months ago did that have that huge row the police got called to?

Alsohuman · 29/04/2020 11:08

One person’s nasty fucker is another’s realist.

Humina · 29/04/2020 11:09

"oh you thought having a pandemic was the choice of the Prime Minister, did you?".

Lol. No, but I did expect him not to repeatedly piss off for breaks at country retreats, spend valuable time wanging on about bongs for Brexit when then first reports from China came out, for him to be aware of and follow the own scientific advice about how to reduce your chances of catching it, and prepare the NHS and care staff accordingly with the PPE they need and ideally, not to have ignored the Cygnus report and 'spaffed' billions 'up the wall' on no deal Brexit prep. But yeah, he's had another baby(6th,7th,8th?), so all of that should be forgotten. 👍🏼

cantory · 29/04/2020 11:09

I had no idea that he hadn't even met his 10 year old daughter. Poor girl.

Humina · 29/04/2020 11:09

^Exactly Pogmella.

Mummyoflittledragon · 29/04/2020 11:09

LockedInMadness
If you don’t like it, that’s fine. There are alternatives. I, for one, am not fooled by this inadequate, jumped up buffoon, who now has brought another life into this world to fuck around with and ignore once the spotlight is off him. He’s failed a stream of other kids and won’t even admit to how many. Now he’s got 18 years to do do the same to this one.

NotACleverName · 29/04/2020 11:10

Amazing how anything that’s not fawning sycophancy gets dismissed as “hate”, innit. Yes, it’s shit that BJ got CV-19 but that doesn’t mean people have to pretend he’s a decent person or PM. Fuck me.

MarginalGain · 29/04/2020 11:10

Great, she seems lovely, but we need our PM to be focused on the matter at hand.

I really think he should have stepped aside, although I'm filled with dread at the thought of Raab leading us out of this debacle. I guess a distracted Boris is the best we'll get now.

EmmaGrundyForPM · 29/04/2020 11:10

I knew he was a crap father but hadn't realised that he has a 10 year old daughter he's never met.

I hope mother and baby are fine and doing well but I couldn't care less about Boris.

Atleastthedoglovesme · 29/04/2020 11:11

I am flabbergasted at some of the nasty and bitter comments on this thread in response to a couple's baby news.

If you can't feel joy at the news of a baby being born (especially when the dad recently nearly died) and thousands are losing their lives - then don't comment at all.

All you are showing by leaving awful comments is what a nasty person you are. I honestly need to take a break from MN - I don't want to be around such awful people at a time like this.

(Disclaimer - I am not a BJ supporter or a Tory voter...just a decent human)

Samcro · 29/04/2020 11:11

i do hope he isn't now going to disappear on leave. that would be a real kick in the teeth to nurses/care workers who are living apart from their famillies.

JohnFinlaysNewTeeth · 29/04/2020 11:11

I’m glad she and the baby are ok.

But this isn’t just about the fact he has been ill. He had been majorly absent as a prime minister during his short time in position. Swanned off on a holiday paid for by Tory donors and refusing to return to deal with ongoing tensions after the assassination of Qasem Soleimani. Also refusing to end ANOTHER holiday early when the start of Coronavirus kicked off, holiday in Chevening was more important than the Cobra meetings that we’re taking place. I don’t think anyone believes he should be refused paternity leave, but it shouldn’t be taken until this national crisis is under a bit more control. It’s not like she is some poor single mum struggling to make ends meet. They can afford paid help and he needs to lead this bloody country. If he doesn’t want the responsibility he has successfully shirked so far and wants to focus on being a dad (ha) he should step down.

Hipsterjoe · 29/04/2020 11:12

Was Boris single when she met him?

DailyKegelReminder · 29/04/2020 11:12

Boris supporters become hysterical when even the slightest negative thing is said (I can't see anything particularly nasty said) Equally he could find the cure for Covid 19 and save the world and someone would still say "Yeah but hes a Tory" or whatever.

Both sides are a little bit batshit for Bojo.

JKScot4 · 29/04/2020 11:12

Imagine a thread on here from him, my gf is pregnant with my 5/6 child, I’m still married to my previous wife (no2) I have a10 yr old DD I deny and have never met,I’ve been sacked for lying yet everyone gives me a hard time.
He’d get his arse handed to him!
Yet here he is voted for despite his appalling personal/professional track record, it’s not nasty comments it’s truthful.

lynsey91 · 29/04/2020 11:12

@ducksback no of course we are not in the 1950's. We have a Prime Minister who has been married and divorced twice, has SIX children, and now his mistress has had a baby. Welcome to modern day Britain.

I think she is absolutely crazy to have a relationship with him and even more crazy to have a baby with him. As I said, he has 2 failed marriages and has not been a very good father to any of his children. Does she honestly think he is going to be different this time round?

eveoha · 29/04/2020 11:12

Agree 😡

cantory · 29/04/2020 11:13

That really is a new low for fatherhood.
Usually the most absent terrible fathers have met their child at least once.
And no of course he should not take paternity leave.

AJPTaylor · 29/04/2020 11:14

The man is an arse
The safe arrival of any baby is something to be grateful for and a joy.

CendrillonSings · 29/04/2020 11:15

One person’s nasty fucker is another’s realist.

No, they’re still just a nasty fucker.

derxa · 29/04/2020 11:17

I don't think he was ever as ill as was claimed. Horrible

DrinkVeneer · 29/04/2020 11:17

Radio 2 followed the news by playing Annie I'm Not Your Daddy. Oops.

cantory · 29/04/2020 11:18

Why is it horrible to believe he might lie? He has a long history of lying. He was even fired for lying in his job.
