How long is your daily jaunt outdoors lasting?

I've been taking my 2 kids on a 1 hour bike ride each day - they are 3 and 6 so it's a slow ride but we go round the whole outside of the village once and back in from the back way then straight home. Sometimes we stay in one little area (there's a small green with a circular path in the middle they like to whizz round) - but only for a few minutes and if there's no one else around. My friend thinks this is excessive and it should be 10 minutes max! What is every else doing?

About an hour a day in week days, now I am WFH I can do it at lunchtime which is great. At the weekend, maybe 1-3 hours per day, depending on weather and if I feel like it.

I have always liked walking. Normally, I would also swim 1-2 times a week and go to the gym, but as I can do neither at the moment, I am walking.

I mainly work from home with blocks of a few days away each month. I don’t have commuting time as it’s theoretically included in my work hours.
I usually walk at lunchtime or after work. My husband does a ten mile run with the dog early each morning- about 6am, if it’s light enough.
We can’t always do an hour walk but usually try as it gives thinking and problem solving time; it still counts as working hours.

Depends on the day. Weekdays = 90 mins on bike, weekends 2.5 hours early morning, nobody about, very few cars so low risk burdening nhs.

May nip out for a local walk with DH - we go once round the village, and country lane, pass 2-3 couple at most and everyone had improved their SD compliance a lot lately and it's not a big deal any more "new normal"

No kids but I’m doing an hour to 1.5 walk

About an hour with Dh and the dog, sometimes more if we have the time.

I take a 90 minute walk, including as many hills as possible. I don’t hang around, and according to my phone app, this takes me 10-11 km, which feels like I have done some actual exercise.

My legs & arse are in decent shape, unsurprisingly, but I have lost so much upper body muscle tone already because I can’t get to the gym.
