What have you been buying to get you through lockdown?

I know a lot of people are struggling to make ends meet so I'm not trying to be insensitive - I'm not necessarily talking big purchases but if you are lucky enough to have financial security at the moment, what have you ordered to keep you busy?

I've ordered some make up products as before this I was training as a make up artist and want to practise different looks to keep myself in the game.
I also got a load of yarn so I can knit and some garden seeds to plant and veg stuff which I would have ordered regardless.

Wine and chocolate 😀
Plus lots of bird seed so I can keep the feathered friends fed and be able to sit and watch them

Oh and Cadbury's Creme Egg cake bars

Which is weird because I don't really like cake or Creme Eggs but I've developed a really sweet tooth in the last few days.

A metric fuckton of chocolate

Some sewing fabric.

A load of garden toys so dc can play outside

A load of arts and crafts type things for the dc

A load of reading books for the dc

Considering buying an inflatable chicken costume...

Wine and gin. I’m anticipating a fairly significant drink problem by September if I carry on in this vein.

Wine, and crisps. I now have a three packet a day habit.

I've bought some jigsaws. Amazon seem to be low on stock so I think lots of people had the same idea.

I can't settle to anything complicated.

Lots of books, craft etc for the kids.... garden toys and a hot tub!

Toys and books for DS (10) and lots of Easter chocolate 😂

Thinking of a hot tub actually if I can get DH to agree and they don’t all sell out!

What every parent needs in my honest opinion

Hot cross buns, wine, kindle books and yarn for crochet. Using up all the craft and science kids the kids got for Christmas so haven’t ordered anything else for them yet.

Wine, gin, chocolate, plants & seeds for the garden, books, puzzle books, board games, crafting supplies. Run out of tonic though & none in supermarket today.

Wine + carbs

Looking at fitbits to get out walking and not become the size of a house.

Wine and chocolate. Currently out of wine so I've made a cocktail of ribena & Jim Beam. It's actually quite nice!

Some crafty stuff like pony beads, bracelet elastic etc. My DC are 3 & 5 so very age relevant. I have a shit tonne of yarn already but my crojo has CV and is SI though 😕
