When you were 18 and going Out Out, what was your favourite outfit?

Mum has just sent me a photo of me going Out Out approximately 10 years ago.

I had a giant windswept fringe that took a whole can of hairspray, a H&M floral skater dress with a tiny belt and cardigan, bare legs, Converse and a cross body bag.

Underneath the fringe there's rings of eyeliner and Maybelline Great Lash

I think at this point I thought I looked like Alexa Chung

White low rise bootcut jeans and a black sparkly halter neck top. Worn with black high heels and bad hair.

Hipster bootleg jeans or black bootleg trousers and strappy sandals.

My favourite top was a reversible one - black on one side and white on the other. It was completely backless and just had criss cross elastic holding it together on my back.

I had skinny eyebrows, loads of eyeliner, lip gloss and glitter spray in my hair. I usually wore my hair down.

Late 90s. Long green velvet dress and sketchers. Or later, purple velour flares, 'grungy' vest with smiley face, velvet jacket. I was a bit of a one. I miss it.

Purple backless top and hipster three quarter black trousers.

I forgot my favourite "sophisticated" outfit. I got a white suit from Oasis, bootleg trousers and hidden buttoned jacket. I wore it with no top and no bra (I'm pretty flat chested) and strappy sandals. I thought I was hotness personified!

Black satin pencil skirt/boob tube or chiffony blouse/lurex footless tights (bright green were faves🤦🏻‍♀️) black stilletoes or sandal-platforms/slicked-hair... Then I'd strut my stuff in the Roxy Room @ Pips in Manchester🤣

White short rara skirt and a lemon top - loved it!

Early 00s, skin tight very low rise boot leg jeans to show of my lower back tattoo, they had a leather tie string for a belt but I'd wear a chain belt over the top too. An asymmetric tight fitted top that showed my stomach off, large hoop earring and sling back heels. My style icon from that era was gabby from desperate housewives.

Either a scarlet jumpsuit with a very wide belt and backcombed hair, or a clingy black and diamante dress. Must have had heels to go with that but don't remember.
