Today's special is eggs.

Boiled, fried, poached, coddled, convent, I might even do scotch eggs.

Tea and coffee as always and toast of course.

Go on I'll have some cumberlands. Scrambled eggs please, on the wet side. Big cafetiere of the strongest coffee please. I have to be up for work at 6 and I'm debating whether it's worth even bothering trying to sleep.

It's funny that you mentioned coddled eggs, I'd never heard of them until literally yesterday when I was having a feeling-sorry-for-myself Four In A Bed marathon, and a lady on there was making them.

Still a few sausages around, I'm assuming you mean a bread roll not a pastry one. Although IRL I made sausage rolls this week and my carer claimed they were as good as Greggs.

As I'm serving champagne I'm doing posh breakfasts, so smoked salmon, eggs benedict, scrambled egg with chives and cream.

Hi everyone - saw steamed up window as I was taking early morning walk. I’d love poached egg on toast and maybe a small Buck’s Fizz if you have more (classy cafe!).
