For me, it's putting people at ease.

I've not got the best self esteem but by goodness I'm authentic.

Parking. I am AWESOME at it.

Making perfect rice.

That's it. I am crap at pretty much every other aspect of adulting. But those I can do!

My general knowledge is also without paralel, but I'm always very impressed with people who are specialists, I see knowledge as a web, mine is extensive and covers a huge area, it's highly interconnected but messy like something a Theriidae would spin. DH is more of a funnel web, he drills deeply in one area. That single-minded dedication always impresses me.

I can tell when someone's lying

Have got the knack of making good pastry and my bechamel sauce is never lumpy

Good at identifying people from their voices, can always tell who's doing a voiceover

Really good at navigating, reading maps, and driving in the snow. Pretty awesome at digging cars out of the snow too.

I'm also very good at reading people. My first impressions of people are invariably right!

Working out murder mysteries or the outcome of mystery plots on TV and in books. I’m a really good detective! I notice everything.

I’m also a great dancer, although at over 50 I don’t think I pull on the dance floor like a previous poster.

I’m a fantastic parent to my SN child! Like, really really good! Or so I’m told.

And I was once told I was really good at sex! Which cheered me up no end. Although I’m not sure everyone thinks that, it’s good to know at least one!

I have perfect pitch. When it comes to listening.

Which is a bitch because it means I know without a shadow of a doubt that I can't sing for toffee

Also, I am pretty good at drinking alcohol (can keep up with my brother), laughing from the gut and am a decent swimmer.

I read this thread and thought 'oh bugger I'm not good at anything'
Read this to my daughter (adult) who promptly told me I was good at the guitar, creative (I do like doing displays at school), brilliant at reading aloud and writing, so now I feel better!

Actually I think my main talent is stopping a class full of kids with one word I once had to raise my voice at toddler group as DS1 was about to do something dreadful, and the whole room instantly fell silent...
