I must admit the pompom sprouts are quite cute and did amuse me. But I wouldn't pay actual money for them.

I kind of like the knitted Xmas puds - I made one as a mini hat for the Age UK/Innocent Smoothie bottles! I'm just not sure what you'd do with them after you've eaten the choccy orange!

The other things are mad though! One looks like an elf has been crushed by a Christmas tree and the green pompom looks like it'll fall apart after 5 minutes!

And the advent calendar!!! Here’s 24 presents before a massive pile of presents on the 25th day.

@BeingATwatItsABingThing advent calendars are far more extravagant these days so I don't judge this one for being presents. BUT that is 24 presents worth a total of approx £12 or less, as I reckon once you add in the cost of wrapping paper and hamper they make a profit of around 3 or 4 quid. So basically it's an advent calendar of shit tat.

I but my DD a few advent presents but they are usually nice things I’ve found that it would be too late to give her on Christmas Day. Christmas hair accessories for example.

@BeingATwatItsABingThing we don't do massive advent calendars in my house, I don't have one at all as I prefer an advent calendar, don't ask me how but for some reason an advent candle really gets me excited ha. But my sister spends a lot of money on a beauty one for herself and Smiggle ones for my nieces etc. DS has a Lego one this year which isn't quite as extravagant but is a far cry from the traditional picture ones (which he also has one of)!

Christmas gets bigger every year. I absolutely love it but I don’t like change so I do the same thing every year.
