Do you remember the exact date you first got together with your OH?

Just that really. I remind DH every year we got together on this day how many years ago and he just rolls his eyes now.

Anyone else have the exact date you got together etched in your mind?

Coincidentally DS was born the day before our first date anniversary. I was hoping he'd come on the day itself.

I know the day we met. As it was Friday 13.

We married 5 years to the day after we met so yes we remember.

1995 it was. Makes me feel old just thinking about it....

First time he asked me out was 19th April, day before my birthday, easy to remember!

Engaged 6 weeks later, married 3 years later and were together nearly 50 years.

Not a chance. Some time towards the end of 1994, or possibly early 1995.

I doubt he knows either. I do know we split up in 1996 and got back together a year later. Still can't place the exact date though.

Nope. Barely remember what year it was (I can work it out though as dd1 was 6).

I can't even remember our wedding date, friends remember our anniversary better than we do Blush. I also forgot his birthday last year, so dates are obviously not high up on my agenda. Luckily he doesn't care any more than I do.

No specific date aswe lived and worked together if was a gradual thing over a few months.

Yes but we got engaged and married on the same date so makes it easier to remember!!

Yes I can, and it was 32 years ago. A few years later one of our DC was born on the anniversary of the day we got engaged.

May the 8th 2011. We'd been best friends for years and I was on a break with my boyfriend at the time. I went to his dad's house to watch a film with him whilst we babysat his much younger siblings (Avatar, haven't seen it since despite enjoying it!), he stayed at my parents in the spare room as was normal and the next morning we ended up kissing before he left. I'd liked him for years and it kind of accidentally happened, so I broke it off with my boyfriend as I had been thinking seriously about where we were going (hence the break) and decided to see how things went. We got married 4 years later exactly and now 8 years later we have 2 DDs.

Our first date was in November on my dads birthday- we count our relationship from our second date though as that wasn't until the following June.

I guess it matters because we aren't married we don't celebrate it as an anniversary though. When we are married I'll probably only pay attention to the actual wedding anniversary.

About the 12 or 13th of February , I can't remember be be exact date but I know it was very close to Valentine's day ,he was a one night standHmm

Yes I can (28/6) because I was still keeping a journal back then (had no TV, used to listen to lots of music and read lots of books and very few people had internet, it was way before smartphones and laptops).
DH has to be reminded by DD since she had been old enough, despite it being twenty years.

My mum actually asked who to? When I told her, my grandmother asked me if I was pregnant when I told her 😅 ( I wasn't )

@x2boys @BeepBeeeep We got married 5 months after meeting. We got asked if I was pregnant and I know MIL was convinced I was even though we said I wasn't.

Quite a few people told us we were crazy and that it would never last. Well 40 years later we proved them wrong. We are still very much in love and still waiting for that baby to be born!

Lol Mydog , most of our relatives who expressed concern, have subsequently split from their spouses who they where with for much longer before they got married .
