Do you remember the exact date you first got together with your OH?

Just that really. I remind DH every year we got together on this day how many years ago and he just rolls his eyes now.

Anyone else have the exact date you got together etched in your mind?

Coincidentally DS was born the day before our first date anniversary. I was hoping he'd come on the day itself.

It was the hottest day in the UK ever, (until this year). So it was always easy to google and remember.

Yes I do now ... the 1st July. However I made him celebrate our first ‘anniversary’ a month early, I remembered it was the 1st of the month but had got it into my head it was June. So we went back to the same pub for a drink and a meal, then a few weeks later it was his birthday and I realised we’d not been together on his birthday the previous year, and realised I’d got our anniversary wrong. To be fair he hadn’t realised either. So now his birthday reminds me every year the anniversary is coming up, we don’t particularly mark it though - although this year I actually got a card and some fudge then felt bad as I’d not thought to get him anything. We’re getting married in a few months and I shall try to do better remembering that date!

No have no idea. It was sometime in 2018 that we met and sometime in 1999 that we first got together for round one. And then again in 2003 for round two. No idea of the exact dates. It all happened gradually so I am not sure what dates we would use anyhow.

Friday 25th October 1991. Halloween night/party (our town celebrates Halloween the last Friday of October instead of the 31st).

I can't even recall our first meeting! I was new at a very large company so met a lot of people within the first couple of days, so they all kinda blended into one. He does recall though, saying I wasn't at all friendly! Didn't stop him coming back for more though.

Yes as it was exactly one month after DH’s birthday. Celebrating 10 years next month!

Years later, we could have had the wedding on the actual 10 year anniversary but we had it a week before which was great because it was a sunny Scottish wedding on that date, a week later it was raining ... but it was October so fair enough lol I think we were just lucky!
Spent out 10 year anniversary on honeymoon in a famous Cape Town restaurant which was lovely!

Yes because it was NYE. Should be our 30th this year and still will be as you can't stop the clock. Not with him as he walked out. Ah well.

I did get my hubby a lovely engraved anniversary present........with the wrong amount of years married 😳😳.

He knows how much I love him and I'm just rubbish with dates.

Ah, I thought you were asking if the date was identifiable, you mean do we're both recall it. My oh recalls it, I have to keep a note in my diary.

Nope. Don't remember the day we met. I think I have the month right though. Don't remember the date we first were a couple. I remember the month we moved in together, but couldn't be sure on the date. I do remember our wedding date, but mainly because the date is 3 consecutive numbers ie 1/2/3 (but not those actual numbers).

I can recite most of my dads car number plates from 1980 though 😂

Yes but I have to work out which year it was and I often get the date of our wedding anniversary wrong.

No, can't remember any dates apart from wedding. I know which month we had our first date but that's all. I have to admit to not understanding what is meant by becoming official either.

Yes I do. I meet my DH on the night of my grandparents Golden Wedding party, we have been together 32 years this year!

Yes, the date of our first kiss was the night of the general election when Blair became PM, so that's 1st May 1997.

Started chatting on Boxing Day 2010 and had our first date on January 2nd 2011.

We don't really celebrate it because we celebrate our wedding anniversary now, but we both remember.

Have a rough idea. If I went back to a calendar of 2007 I would know.

We celebrated our first year anniversary and then didn't bother (lived together within a few months etc...)

My DP probably couldn't tell you what month we got together or even what year without working it out

I do, we'd known each other a while and I remver the date we kissed and became official, so for completeness made it our wedding date many years later!
