I've been up since 5 with our puppy. She's bang out now and me and youngest dd are chilling, she's watching YouTube and I'm having some marmalade on toast.
Going to get her ready in an hour for a day at her friends then when DH gets up I might go back to bed for an hour or sit in the garden with my book.
What's everyone else up to ?

In a hotel. Sat in bed eating breakfast and contemplating what to do today

Packing for our holiday, chilling, cleaning and eating oh and some wine later

Just waved DP and D"SD" off for swimming. DS and I are watching Stickman. We will probably go to the park or play in the garden then he will go see his Dad for rest of bank holiday weekend.

It's my birthday and as usual one of the kids has caused a scene as its not their day.
Just want to go back to bed!

I'm sitting at the kitchen table eating porridge. DP is upstairs getting dressed I think. We are going to Aldi to pick up some bits for a help yourself late lunch then going to pick DPs cousin up as he's coming over for the afternoon. Plan to go for a walk as the countryside here is stunning, then come home for said lunch. Feeling grateful for the weather.

I'm sat browsing on my phone whilst kids play. I need to clean up then get ready to take the children to a fun fair with my friend and her children.

Puppy is starting to wake up so might take a coffee into the garden and let her run around.

12 yo DC is bed and I'm sat here super excited as we're going to Leeds fest today! GET OUT OF BED haha

I'm watching TV, a programme on Vietnam whilst browsing Mumsnet, daughter asleeep, suspect she will appear around lunchtime. No plans as too much month left for the salary to stretch to. Although that is due to returning from holiday so can't really complain.

DS is hiding in his room as he refused to go out with DH and DD and I won't let him use the switch. DH has stormed out complaining he has to look after DC, cook, clean and clear up DC's mess and do some work this afternoon. DD followed DH out complaining because DS was allowed the switch this morning and she wasn't (she was asleep, then we had breakfast, then DH wanted to take them out.) I'm recovering from major surgery and alternating exercises and resting; much to the disgust of the rest of them.

Last day of our holiday: I'm MNing and reading the papers and DH and DD are in the hot tub outside.

I've just finished stripping all the beds so am chilling while the machine is on. DH is playing World of Warcraft, DS1 (he has ASD) had a big meltdown this morning and is now calming himself down with his Minecraft Lego. DS2 is moaning that I won't let him play in the garden until ten o'clock, and is sulkily playing with his Playmobil. We had a busy day yesterday so today it's a pottering day!

OH at work. Me and Dog just back from dog walk which Dog was reluctant about as he ran his legs off on the beach yesterday. He's basking in the garden, and I'm procrastinating about hanging elderly mil's washing out. MIL is still asleep I think- it's a bit early for her.

DD has her little friend over, they had a sleepover. They’re currently playing schools and I’m sat in the sofa, drinking coffee, listening to them laugh

Dp has taken the kids out to get breakfast and I've got back into bed. I might have to try and make this a regular Sunday occurrence

A pottering day here too, just me & DD until 3pm when DH comes back from 8 days away on business, bringing his washing & jet lag 😏

Might do some (slow) baking together as have promised to do some with her for ages. Alternatively we may decide it's just too darn hot & enjoy the garden instead!

I’m sat drinking a coffee wondering why CBeebies is still on the tv, we’ve been up since 6:30. DD is asleep and has been since 9, it’s going to mess our whole day up but I’m enjoying the peace after a busy day yesterday. DP has gone off to play golf.

DD is napping as is the cat, robo Hoover is collecting the breakfast crumbs, DH is in the shower because as per usual he's left it until the last moment to get ready before his friend comes over. I've had a cursory tidy and have now plonked myself on the sofa.

I have to make a cake, finish the online shop and have to get a lot of paperwork done before Tuesday.

Naturally I am on a MN thread musing about the problem of short vampires.

I'm in the kitchen having a coffee. Everyone else is still in bed (older teen dds and younger teen ds and dh)
No idea what I'll do today I have nothing planned.
Dh will finish the diy he started. Da is going out with friends later I think. Who knows what dds are doing.

On holiday, sitting on the bed drinking tea and enjoying the view from the window (opposite the bed).
Might get up properly in a minute and take my breakfast into the garden.

Dc have just been picked up by their dad.
The house is silent apart from the dishwasher and I'm doing bugger all at the mo - bliss!

I just came downstairs to prepare a drink/phone browse break and DC are with DH in the playroom playing Hot Wheels. DD is hollering rules out for how she wants to play. DS and DH are trying to play on regardless.

Sitting in garden eating breakfast while DH watering a few plants. I'm not too well - bloody tonsillitis!

DDs playing some game or other. Amazed they're not shouting at each other.

Eldest DD has a friend coming for a sleepover later. Due to aforementioned illness I'm aiming to do as little as possible.

DD (nearly 9 months) is cruising round her musical table making ALL THE NOISES at once.

I am nursing my millionth coffee of the day (she woke at 5.15) and wondering if she'll nap before Asda deliver the shopping at 1.30 or whether she'll just get crankier and whinier before dropping off in my arms two minutes before the doorbell rings.

DH is at work.

The cats are asleep on the beds upstairs.
