What's happening in your house right now ?

I've been up since 5 with our puppy. She's bang out now and me and youngest dd are chilling, she's watching YouTube and I'm having some marmalade on toast.
Going to get her ready in an hour for a day at her friends then when DH gets up I might go back to bed for an hour or sit in the garden with my book.
What's everyone else up to ?

No one slept well last night. Dh dragged himself off to work eventually - he couldn’t find his keys (they were where they always are).

Dd1 has a job interview at 11, she’s just emerged from her room. Ds1 is still asleep. Dd2 & ds2 are playing roblox together.

I’ve been up since 5:30 - bloody cat - drunk coffee, done laundry, breakfasts & tidying. Dd2 had a massive nosebleed which took 45 minutes to deal with.

I’m wallowing in a cool bath now - trying to summon the energy to get out.

DH is at work. DD is asleep. DS is up and about and just came to tell me that DDs indoor rabbit jumped on his hand then his face then over the sofa. Cat is 15 and in the vets with chronic kidney disease and hoping very much to get her home today. Very hot here and lots of birds are already singing on our thatched roof. Very recently back from holiday so will be going through our spending and just reviewing if have everything for school we need.

I have just washed my hair and need to start tidying the kitchen. DD1 is watching tv in her pyjamas. DD2 is at nursery (her penultimate day before she leaves for school) and DH is at work. Need to persuade DD1 to get dressed so we can go to the post office, then need to persuade her to do her holiday homework and see if any of her school uniform fits (hope so because I can't afford to buy much more after buying stuff for DD2).

Am in bed, need to get moving soon. Dh at work, ds2 asleep, ds1 abroad with pals. Day off today, things to do etcetc. Out tonight with ex work colleague.

Daughter 21yrs is wrapping gift for her nan.
I have just eaten toast and jam,
dog is lying down hating the heat.
this is calm before my little nieces come over to play!

DD is at school. I work from home (self employed) and am struggling for motivation. I need answers from people but can't get hold of any of them. Think I'll make early lunch and see if that gives me an energy boost!

I got home from a local agricultural show an hour ago and had a nap. I need to find something to eat for dinner from my freezer (which is very full so it won’t be a problem).
