Underrated chocolate bars

Ok so I know it’s not strictly a chocolate bar, but last night I had such a craving for a Twix. Haven’t had one in years. Got one today and it’s as good as I remember, the crunch, the caramel and just the right amount of chocolate. So, was just wondering what everyone else’s forgotten favourites are?

I love a Milky Way. Simple but lovely. OP just wanted to let you know that the Orange Revels are the best ones Grin

I cant believe that nobody has mentioned the 2 best chocolate bars in the world, Cabana bars and Texan bars.

They were the best thing about my local shop in the 80's (along with a can of quatro) the chew of a Texan bar was second to none and the Cabana bar was a bounty with juicy cherries in in. Oh what I would give for those now.

Peanut líon bars.

I'm not even sure if they still make them but it's like a lion bar and a snickers had a baby it's beautiful.

Dairymilk mint crisp. I haven't seen those outside Ireland though but they're really lovely

Flakes and fudge bars also delicious.

Either my tastes have changed or the chocolate has. I used to eat and enjoy many of the chocolate bars mentioned in this thread but nowadays they are so horribly super-sweet and cloying and they leave an odd taste in my mouth.

It's taken a while for me to stop trying them (hoping they'll be like I remember them) but over the last 10 years or so I have found that I eat fewer and fewer of them. I can't remember the last time I ate one but it was probably several months ago.

And I agree chocolate shouldn't be kept in the fridge. It looses all its taste and texture when it's ice cold.

Thanks to you lot I have a multipack of Topics and Toffee Crisps in my secret cupboard. Oh and an Irish Tiffin bar hidden in the baking cupboard. God love Morrisons!

Ritter Sport did a winter edition 'Spiced Biscuit' bar a few years ago, it tasted of Lotus Biscoff Shock Chocolate, layer of biscuit and a gooey bit 😋
