Is it only in our house that when gregg has tasted something - we always imagine that he will just say - I'll take that back to my dressing room and finish it off - just for the avoidance of doubt - a joke but it sort of sits with him doesn't it?

No seriously , I personally do not see what Gregg brings to the programme. When we watch it he is irritating and shouty and patronising. But as I have said - I think the BBC are disinclined to change anything if it works by way of numbers. Despite what many think. But if he genuinely gets more viewers well ..... It slightly grates on me though that some of my licence fee is paying gregg. Just a personal view.

Ah well . I do wish they would sack him though. Adds nothing.

I have spent time thinking about this and after much consultation with my own brain and my family the answer is no.

I cannot fathom the Gregg thing. Some people must ( surely ) like him. They must - surely the BBC does not ignore opinions . But we have searched down the back of the sofa and cannot find Gregg fans

@cauliflowerqueeze and @MorningsEleven - I do not condone violence in any way . I have a marble rolling pin . I think the pen is mightier than the sword . I have complained to the BBC and they just do not care about comments about the man. I do think he is patronising , misogynistic , & and as a previous poster says his better comments are when he comments last. Surely no - one can deliver enough vegetables to the BBC to keep him on our screens. Streuth - He must have something on someone somewhere

HapPy new year everyone. Sorry if you feel let down by the absence of tantalizing GregG snippets but I mislaid my lovely present by stuffing it under my daughter's pillow before leaving her house. No sign of it since but who knows what the future holds? Meanwhile, am looking for a copy of 'Nick Knowles, My Story' with which to seek revenge.
