I will start off with a link to my latest post, a part of the story of Beth (formerly known as Dora) who moved to Geneva to escape a relationship turned sour.

This is NOT me, by the way. I have drawn on my knowledge of Geneva but it is not an autobiograpy :)

It deviates slightly from my usual epilepsy-awareness remit, on account of my having just had my gall bladder whipped out. If I've made any horrendous spelling/typographical errors due to tiredness I'd be glad if people could point them out... brownie points available?

Hi, I've just joined the Mumsnet Bloggers Network with my two blogs.
www.oliverandwills.co.uk is a parenting blog for families who have children with special needs. It was inspired by my son, William and his dog, Oliver, but has grown into a more general blog sharing stories, features and reviews etc.

My other blog, Coffee, Oxygen and Positive Determination, is a more personal story of how I've just been diagnosed with COPD, a smokers lung disease, despite never smoking, and how I'm adjusting to being a mum on oxygen. Hello! Name changing regular, blah blah blah...

All this talk of MN blogger's network has spurred me on to actually start one. It's a mainly craft and blathering blog, about crafting when I can, in between all my other responsibilities and activities. Sort of an antidote to traditional craft smug hoping for a book deal blogs. Completely new to this though so any tips or constructive criticism gratefully received.

I've name changed as I'm not sure how public/private I am going to make my blog yet, and while anyone being paid to do so could quite easy link all my internet persona (though if someone was being paid to do so it's probably game over anyway), I don't want to make it too easy for the casual stalker.

Here I am :)

I will now go back and check out other people's blogs. Can I link to them? Can I tell if other people have linked to my blog? I haven't yet applied to the MN Network thing as I believe you need to be a bit more established.

I really like 'Where I'm from'. I may try it on my blog. One of the reasons I write my blog is for my children to read when they're older - I use Blub.com to make it into a book - I think this would be great way for them to get a sense of my childhood.
