Yes i did think that Sunday's column should have had a subtitle: "In which he wants to go public, but I unselfishly persuade him not to ...."

1.(a) the column is written a month in advance so the Sunday 10 July entry would have been written in early June.

yes well that reference would make it Robert Plant .... but a few other references La Jones has sprinkled into her columns make it more like Jim Kerr.

I have been told that both RP and JK are dating other people, but still we go round in circles ..... if it's not (1) rp and (2) not JK either there is only (3) one last option -- the R.S. is made up !!!!!!!!

Surely any rock star that has been around for a while and is that rich is used to women dropping everything though? I don't see why that would make it RP. If she is talking about getting it out in the open (and assuming he exists) we'll find out soon enough

I was dated someone in a band past it's hay day. I can assure you they ALL want women to drop everything for them and, book their train tickets, pick up their dry cleaning, go to the pub from 11am (even if you are meant to be at work), tell them they still have it (even when they are 80's saddos), discuss every totp's appearance. I could go on. It's jk ladies and, I don't have any more room in my head to think about it!!

To me, the conversation seems somewhat contrived, unreal, a badly written Mills and Boon, I'm afraid i do not believe one word of it.Liz has let us down, too much whittering again about the sheep and hooves, i can smell the manure from here.

I think the RS is one of The Faces (not ronny wood, he only likes girls in their 20s) the other one who was on Daybreak this morning, Liz mentioned a couple of weeks back that his band was going on tour soon, and the faces have just reformed with Mick Hucknal taking the lead singer, (no surely not the curly one) all must be stinking rich. Is he Kenny Jones???????????

Well, by the sounds of today's she is talking about a camping festival. And she's right when she says about looking like a twat hanging around on her own. Why didn't she just ask a mate. Simple minds aren't playing any proper festivals are they? "turned on his stacked heels" prince played Hop Farm festival a couple of weeks ago!!! Ha can you imagine him putting up with her?!!
