as to the identity of Liz Jones mystery rock star lover? Apologies if I am repeating a thread but just read today's 'wingefest' and can't believe its anything other than a work of fiction.

Whatever the ex has done he's paid for over and over in the mauling she gives him most weeks hasn't he? Looks like she's working up to a big crap reveal of an almightly row which no one will care about. Can anyone really be this uptight?

We certainly dont care a fig. Its time she gave that diary up. I do like the illustrations though!

Well I don't want her to give the diary up. I find that and the 'Jones Moans' column the most interesting of her writing.
We will have to hope that all will be revealed in next week's diary. What could have gone so badly wrong that the holiday was worse than those others she described, apart from the long drive of course? We all know by now that the RS must have the patience of a saint but surely he has had enough.
I agree that she should give the ex a rest. We have all read those tales before. We get the picture - he was a low-life.
Time to move on Liz and concentrate on cultivating this new relationship before its too late.

Welcome sugarjunkie! Do feel free to say what you think. I imagine that a lot of us who write here are completely infuriated with the woman yet at the same time have a smidgeon of sympathy for her and want it to work out with this rock star.
Of course that is what keeps us all going - who the hell is he??
It has been narrowed down to Jim Kerr but of course we could all have been thrown off the scent by false bits of information.
A very very tolerant man though, that's for sure!

I absolutely loathe her. Just to say, you can get to Florence by train fairly easily - have done it. But, as I haven't read her piece, don't know if she said they drove? Whatever, she would certainly have blighted Florence for me!

Sounds like it might be a proposal doesn't it? On the other hand though, last week she went to great lengths to describe how awful all of her holidays have been then said that the Florence trip was the worst of all.
Yet again we shall have to wait til next Sunday!

If he proposes, it's not her that needs therapy and counselling - it's him. Nothing would be guaranteed to kick him off the wagon more quickly!

Just read tommorows drivel, he says he's going back on tour, and he needs the money. She also says he has many ex-wives.I think we have all been wasting our time and this will be the end and we will never know for sure.

I've just read it too. Can we now stop with the Plant suggestions? His band ceased to exist long ago and he doesn't have the ex-wives so its clearly not him despite the insistence of Liz's mates on here. Jim Kerr has done a fair bit of press lately so it still looks likely.

Interesting that he has asked not to be written about but that she did it anyway Hmm

Yes, but, brought doubts to mild...half the world knows JK is going on tour..how could it have been such a surprise..??...His tour had to be cancelled until a later date...She said many, many wives...how many has JK had..??Is it him at all...????/

I think she wants people to think RS is JK ,but probably makes most of it up and that if there is/was anyone at all,then it's someone even more lame than Howerd Jones (who always struck me as rather earnest and as if he would have more integrity than to put up with LJ's nonsense).
But I bet she'll be saying they've split up next in the next few weeks.

There is soooo much I should be doing........
