as to the identity of Liz Jones mystery rock star lover? Apologies if I am repeating a thread but just read today's 'wingefest' and can't believe its anything other than a work of fiction.

Whoever it is, she is clearly using her media contacts to keep it quiet so we won't know until they get very serious and do a lavish 'at home' barfsome photo spread.

He was there was something I remember seeing it. I only manaaged to watch bits as I was working I saw the start of it and I did see him, thats why I commented on his hair. Goodness, he has terrible hair, he looks like a new age traveller. I dont think she would go for that look.

How can she use her media contacts to keep it quiet but, at the same time, write about him every week. Does he know she even does that?

He would know as the column is several weeks behind RL, but she hasn't exactly been honest has she? She said he is about 48, morelike born in 1948 Thats if it is RP, I did find it odd that Nancy66 popped up when she did, just when we were convinced its JK Hmm

I am afraid I don't have much to say on the matter WKFthat. Except that they are very happy and that he finds her 'quirkiness' endearing rather than infuriating - which is pretty evident from her posts anyway. Once it was confirmed, although I have been as desperate to know as anyone else on this thread, I felt strangely underwhelmed. Partly because I think 'we' had already worked out it was JK, as opposed to it being Bono, say, or Peter Andre... I wonder where she is going to go with it all now though.

I know LJ's column is a few weeks behind real life, but she's been writing lately about the start of the year hasn't she? Robert Plant has been out of the country touring the States nearly all of Jan up to the 9th of Feb. He has a break from his tour the rest of Feb and March , then goes back to the US for the whole of April. Now keeping all this in mind, if Ms Jones is still chuntering about meeting the RS here, there and everywear in the next couple of weeks, then we can eliminate RP as a suspect....simples!

Just Google imaged....JK has a brown crew cut, calling it a grey one would be pretty harsh....RP has long rocker hair. It's gotta be JK!!!

Definitely not RP then.....JK keeps his hair fairly dark, not saying that he dyes it ????
but it looks dark to me.

Perhaps its grey close up? I am pretty sure its JK now - eyebrowqueen knows a journo who swears its him and we had a little visit from the DM last week trying to steer us towards RP, who could never be described as having a crew cut.

Just found this website as I have been curious as to the identity of R. S. and I am a keen follower of Liz Jones and her articles. Although I don't agree with her opinions on a lot of things, I find her quite fascinating, perhaps due to the fact that she IS so opinionated on LOTS of subjects......! Back to the R.S. - I wasn't aware that J.K. had "gone grey"......

I really enjoy reading Liz' articles. Her life is far removed from mine, but to be honest thats why I like reading them. Yes she is opinionated, but if everyone held the same opinions what a boring place this world would be. I have been very curious to know who RS was and if it is JK, all I can say is good luck to them and if they are happy and enjoying themselves - good for them Grin
