I know that this is a controversial field of work - some people believe in it and some don't. Obviously I believe in it fully to be doing this. I will ignore any questions from people with an axe to grind (i.e. those that imply I'm scamming people or delusional).

what is it that you do please? You don't speak to the dead, speak of the future or do readings.

What services do you offer?

My mum died 2 months ago now. Is there anything I can do to help her contact me (in whatever way) to let me know she is ok? I miss her terribly and, although my husband is very against me doing this, I’m considering contacting a medium to see if there is anyway they could help me.

I believe we are reunited with loved ones on the other side and I've personally experienced messages from family that have passed on so I've no doubts on that .
The one thing that worries me is regarding someone close who intentionally hurt me and is ' wicked' for want of a better word , will they be able to get to me on the other side?
I can cut all ties and have zero contact in this realm but the idea of being reunited on another realm is horrifying .
What are your thoughts?

I don’t believe in Christianity, or Islam, or gender, or spirits or angels or fairies. There is nothing unkind about that. My beliefs are as valid as anyone else’s.

How do you distinguish between a gut feeling that turns out to be true, vs. a genuine premonition?

I mean, if I say Labour are going to win the election, it's not psychic when it happens... basically my question is around the tendency to ignoring failures, in favour of your narrative.

The best way I can describe it is if I think about the lottery... if I win, well I'm psychic! If I lose, well, I wasn't really trying, my mind was elsewhere, etc. I think of it the same as religion... A good day means my prayers were answered, God exists. A bad day means God had a reason... when in reality, it's a flip of a coin and pure luck (in my opinion).

They all are. Not one has been proven to be authentic.

It's a brilliant novel -- very, very black, as well as blackly comic. The 'psychic fayres' are particularly brilliant, and the wonderfully cruel reappearances by Princess Diana.

Can you advise me whereabouts to start! I am really sensitive to energy and can read people fairly well but no idea how to build on that.
