Hi @Eyesopenwideawake do you think this technique could help my possibly autistic daughter? We are at the beginning of the diagnosis journey and it possibly doesn't even matter what neuro diversity she has as she is amazing as she is.

However, there are some aspects of how her brain works that seems to make life difficult for her and we would just like to help. One is that she finds drinking /gulping noises or coughs etc as a personal attack against her (her description) which makes a public transport journey hard for her.

There is more, but I suppose as it's a public forum my question is if this can be helped and if yes would you mind sending me a name of a child practitioner you trust or your details if you treat 14 year olds.

@WhichWaytoHere I don't work with children or teenagers but I will send you details of a colleague who uses the same modality and specialises in the under 18's.

I have always had weight issues and had weight loss surgery 4 years ago. I lost the weight but it has slowly been creeping back on due to my chocolate addiction/secret eating problem.

I thought I would be very difficult to fix, because it is so deep-seated, but in one session the whole desire for chocolate and to binge eat it has completely gone!!

I feel like a new person and have so much more headspace because I'm not obsessing about food and chocolate the whole time. It's the best money I have ever spent.

Have been watching this thread for ages and eventually plucked up the courage to get in touch with @Eyesopenwideawake So glad I did! Sarah is so helpful and knowledgeable and made me see connections with my behaviour and past experiences that I hadn't realised were so important. Such a positive experience for me.
