My mascara ALWAYS runs and leaves dark marks under my eyes. I use mid/ high end (MAC, benefit etc) and cheap ones, but it always happens. Combination skin, not ridiculously oily. But use primer, powder etc.

Any ideas?

How do you minimise the appearance of resting bitch face the nose to mouth lines and mouth to jaw droopyness which make you look miserable even when you're not!!

@NotLeanButMean you need tubing mascara. The Boots No7 one in a gold tube is great.

I like a full coverage foundation but can't find anything that lasts more than a few hours as I feel it all sweats off! My cheeks are dry but my forehead and nose are oily... double wear and Mac studio fix are the longer lasting I can find but not sure if I'm using the wrong stuff or not prepping enough!

Also... how to I begin contouring!!

givenchycallsmyname · 01/07/2018 20:57

@bigbluehouse use setting spray.

@NotLeanButMean use an eyelash primer and waterproof mascara. A mascara primer like this would be good https://www.urbandecay.co.uk/enGB/eyes/mascara/subversion/604214922631.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIq7magdn-2wIVSZ4bCh0HSwuOEAQYASABEgKAJJ_DBwE&gclsrc=aw.ds&dclid=CLep8YLZZ_tsCFU6hUQodLCEDyw
I haven't tried the primer but the mascara that goes with it is great.

What’s good for disguising fine ageing lines on the ‘moustache’ area above the upper lip?

Sexykitten2005 · 01/07/2018 21:21

Massive acne scars and oily skin. I’m currently using porefessional, facial once a month, all number of serums and oil, proper cleansing routine and moisturiser. Is there a better (More polyfilla) primer I can use?

MissCharleyP · 01/07/2018 21:28

Why don’t any foundations last as well as MAC (tried a few, all lasted all day) and Double Wear? I’d like something lighter especially in nice weather but nothing lasts. I always use a primer (Smasbox, NYC, Prep& Prime, Time Check to name a few) but nothing works apart from the brands I mentioned. Tried a setting spray but no luck. I like MAC Face & Body, but unfortunately it gives me spots. That was a few years ago though so I could try it again. BB and CC creams do nothing whatsoever - no visible improvement and just look like I’m wearing nothing at all. The only thing I (sort of) liked was Bobbi Brown cushion - nice coverage and not too heavy, but again no staying power. I don’t have oily skin either.

What's the best drugstore foundation for olive skin and pressed powder tia xx

DontFundHate · 01/07/2018 21:34

Is there a product which suits dry skin which also blurs imperfections but without a tint / foundation?

DontFundHate · 01/07/2018 21:36

Ooh also can you recommend a good moisturiser with SPF but for dry skin please

Wattonearth · 01/07/2018 21:51

Need eyeliner advice... when I try to apply it always looks like a wobbly line.. my eyelids do not have taught skin. Are you supposed to stretch out your kids when applying? Or do I just give up?

midnightmisssuki · 01/07/2018 22:00

Can you tell me about colour correcting primers?

givenchycallsmyname · 01/07/2018 22:39

@Giraffey1 pile cream.
