Nah, they keep me on here so when a TRA drive-by plopper comes along and accuses us of being an 'echo-chamber', the response can be:

That's a relief, I thought it was going to be that Mr Tunnock had been cancelled for being unreasonably anti feminist, which would upset me because he was previously on my good guys list because he helped save the St Abbs Lifeboat station from closure. I think he also gave the Lifeboat people lots of teacakes and caramel wafers.

German kids have done that with Schokokuesse since like for ever. Preferably with a crustier bun than brioches though.

I think I eat most of them although I seem to be having a bit of a thing with Lidl's version of a Bounty at the moment. O.M.G.

I like jaffa cakes, I like chocolate digestives - yesterday I saw Sainsburys had jaffa cake chocolate digestives and thought why not.

Not something I'll ever eat again. I had two as I couldn't believe the first one was quite so awful but my god no.

Have you seen the thing about putting a Magnum inside a crossiant? I reckon you could Tunnocks up a crossiant too.

Not only have I never eaten a Tunnocks, I only discovered Jammie Dodgers in late adulthood😧

I had a brief infatuation with Jammie Dodgers, somebody even posted a link to all-pink ones😍but sadly I just don't like the raspberry bit in the middle. Now if it was strawberry jam, I'd be several kilos heavier by now😁

Ugh. I'm definitely Jammie Dodger critical. I bought them all through my son's childhood becasue they were the only bisuits I could have in the house without scoffing them myself.

What is that shiny stuff in the middle? It's like somebody found a way to synthesise jam and cellophane.

They did have a phase of doing different jam flavours, I'm sure I saw a mango on at one point, but I don't know if they're still around.

Lidl currently has a mango/passionfruit version of Jaffa cakes for their South America and Caribbean specials. Very nice.

Just checked, the all pink ones are supposedly strawberry jam as well.

Yuzu flavour Jaffa cakes are ace!

Another only clicked for the Tunnocks. I'm not so keen on the mallow ones, but the wafer ones are lush. The whole world looks better if you eat a Tunnocks.

It’s the biscuits that are dreadful IMO. They taste grey.

I haven’t tried the Jaffa cake chocolate digestives but I did try the new Jaffa cookies. I got to the end of the pack without deciding whether I liked them or not really, I’ll have to get another pack to help me decide, along with the digestives.
The Tunnock’s on a brioche sounds revolting but I might have to give it a try 🤣

I abjured Tunnocks wafers when I was diagnosed Type 2 diabetic as I was eating a whole packet at a time, followed by a whole packet of dark ones. My brain has persuaded me that a moderate allowance of Arnott's TimTams is a safe substitute. I was eating one as I started this thread. Waitrose has npw introduced a caramel version. Had one of them, too. They have now joined Tunnocks on the banned list.

You need the mini-wafers in a tub - one a day with a coffee wards off the craving…
