Anyone TTC after a recent early loss and wanting support? (Aug 26)

I’m still seeing VFLs on tests I’ve done since. Since the MC I’m just so paranoid now. I keep wondering whether it would be a chemical preg?
They're still sooo faint. Wouldn’t it be darker by now as it’s the next day?

Thank you. I think I’m destined to worry forever more now. Will never be the same even if we are lucky enough to conceive again. I’m just beside myself as I’m awful at waiting!

I can see something @fluffycauliflowers! and it’s clearer to me than yesterday’s. Fingers crossed it keeps getting darker. I think it’s impossible not to worry after a loss.

My tests are very dark now, I’m feeling slightly more relaxed and I will book an early scan at about 8 weeks if things continue to progress🤞

It looks darker to me too. I feel completely the same as you, I will never just be happy to get a positive again, but I honestly think at this stage no need to worry more than anyone else if trying to be objective. Fingers crossed for you!

@Springcloud26 hooray re the flashing smiley! I got a peak LH yesterday, so very quick and possibly missed the best days - hope you managed to get to it 😄.

AF finished for me 2 days ago so I’m trying temping and the clear blue sticks.

Lh a scucture I find helpful so I know my bases are covered! I've got pregnant every time when I've done it properly.

Just coming back to say Congratulations!!! And also HCG doubles every 48-72 h, so multiple tests a day or testing every single day won’t give you that satisfying feeling of the line getting noticeably darker. Space them out a bit and you will see a noticeable difference.

I had my surge on 8th which means ovulation on 9th right? So about 12dpo as of today @Posypear- I think.
Thank you @TinyBitChaotic I’m still not sure congrats are even in order! It’s sooo faint. I’ve been testing loads but that’s reassuring to hear as I haven’t had that satisfaction at all! I just did a 6 days early digital one though and it says pregnant!! That’s massively helped as the pink strips are still sooo faint.
How do I know it’s not a chemical? Just wait and hope they remain preg and no bleeding?
I’m still so anxious even though this is obviously good news!!

@fluffycauliflowers I think they are still normally faint at 12dpo so these are looking good.

For my chemicals the lines were always faint and basically started to fade at about 15dpo and then were negative on the cheap ones. Still has positive digitals and then bleeding came a few days later.

No reason to think you'll have one though! It's such a tough journey after you've had losses though.

Yeh, sadly, I think you just have to wait and see. I know how hard that is- trust me.
If I could give you one piece of advice, take it or leave it, it would be to step away from the tests if you can. Today, you are pregnant! Yay!!! ❤️

The tests can’t tell you how this pregnancy will unfold. They can create a whole lot of anxiety, or sometimes give you a false sense of reassurance/peace… and I’m sadly speaking from experience here.

For today, you’re pregnant. Try to let yourself have that. ❤️ 🙏🏼

Yes all okay, I still don’t have any symptoms really! Maybe more tired than usual, and lots of pulling/tightness/cramping in the lower abdomen (I had this throughout my whole pregnancy with my daughter)

I am wishing the next few weeks away I just want a scan to tell me all is ok!!

I’ve also had that cramping/pulling feeling which was me thinking my period was imminent and another reason why I’m still not relaxed.

Only 4weeks 3days!! Very very early. And yes it definitely feels similar to the beginnings of a period (adds to the anxiety doesn’t it!) knowing I had this with my daughter and that was obviously a successful pregnancy really helps calm me about it. How many weeks are you?

I think we must be about the same! My LMP was 19th Aug which puts me at 4 and 6 I think. So very early here too.
Pink strip a bit darker this morning which has helped calm me a little!

Mine was the 23rd of August!! Do you think you’ll book for an early scan if it all continues ok?? I’m desperate to but want to wait till like 7/8 weeks if I can😬

@fluffycauliflowers that’s great that the tests are getting darker. I’m also 4+6 today! And have had the cramping and pulling sensations for ten days now which I’m still finding unnerving.

Yes I think I will def have an early scan - I won’t be able to wait until 12 weeks. It’s only ever reassuring for as long as you’re in the room, but it’s still something.
I hate the cramping feeling as I just keep expecting to bleed. I’ve had it for a while too.

A friend who has had multiple losses told me about progesterone pessaries. Anyone aware of these? Apparently they help thicken the lining and increase chances of a sticky baby… I am going to ask my GP
