thanks for the shiny new thread @Sooverthemill ,just as I’ve come back to the mat yet again! New one of Adriene’s for me today,I enjoyed this one,a little pop of energising breath at the end. I’m going to try harder to be more present here by aiming for 20 mins or less.🤞🏻

found the shortest chill out one I could find. Late practice , I’m full of snot and coughing so less is more. Still get benefit even though it’s super short

It's called Center. I think she said it's the 8th one she's done. I go to a yoga class, but it's fairly 'mixed ability.' YWA has a lot more focus on core strength. My poor stomach muscles don't know what has hit them!

Hello my lovelies!

Still here and doing yoga every day, but I just do 10mins of Kassandra daily challenge.

I just find I can always fit in 10 mins.

I've noticed such a difference over the months, strength and flexibility.

I did Adrienne today, the first one of hers I’d done for ages. I had gone over to Kassandra a couple of years ago because Adrienne waffled on so much. She was quite quiet so I may try a few more of hers.
Fightmaster yoga is good, no chatter at all, but it is very effective and leaves me feeling muscles I didn’t know I had!

Hello, thanks for new thread.
I did the new YWA 20 min Flow one too last week and enjoyed it. Not braved the Plankenstein one yet but based on your comments, maybe. I like her Halloween one from last year, she is wearing a skeleton onesie in it.
Did a 20 min morning yoga this am, an ancient one when Adrienne had fairly short hair. Quite liked it and it was fun to see how she was back in the early days.
I've never tried Kassandra maybe I will give her a go when I get bored of YWA again. At the mo I'm just choosing videos fairly randomly depending on time and which part of me feels like it needs attention.

I’m trying for every other day. Sarah Beth again today,a 30 min delicious flow. I’ll post if anyone wants to know which one. Gentle music,slower start but rolling into a flow that wasn’t intense. Gorilla,open twists ,wild thing all in there, so a nice interesting practice. Yesterday I did some weights,as I’m at that age where I need to think about bone density.

I've been doing YWA around 6 days/week, which I'm happy with. Definitely noticed a difference when I went to my regular yoga class. I'm getting stronger already.
