Day 21 really swift, 12 mins, yet the tummy muscles have had a good workout 
Good plan about holding elbows in forward fold, will try that. Hamstrings aren't too bad but knees are not good, too much running, so I tend to be careful with them. But, I find even they are better with this practice, and muscles in my legs are better.
The outfits! She looks amazing. But, I would look rubbish in those things 
But it helps me to get changed for the practice. I keep yoga stuff, cycling shorts, vest and headband in a drawer under the telly.
