Just did 26 and 28 before dinner, might do 27 before bed to be fully caught up, or tag it onto tomorrow night. Or Tuesday...😂.
Unfortunately I'm having an old rotator cuff problem flare up again, but going to try to continue my yoga (probably not daily, too many other commitments, and have recently signed up to a triathlon, so will be putting time into that...).
