Yay! It's day 0 and the video is up ( at 6.03 for me). Let's do this! What a lovely gentle way to start. See you all tomorrow when we actually do a little bit of yoga.

I really liked day 11 yesterday, though all I can remember of it now was that balancing twist. Which went well on one side and terrible on the second - surprising, as I usually think on the first side it's a disaster as I try to work out what's going on, then by the time I do the second side I can focus better.

Day 12 was good too. I liked the stretches, and I love lizard though I can't do it amazingly well. It's my greatest ambition to do a proper lizard on each side. I feel like it's such a good pose for combining strength and flexibility.

@Jumbojem I also found that move confusing and don’t think she explained that or the circling at cow very well!

Also not massively loving Day 11 or 12... but pleased to be showing up. I never like doing lunges with my knee on the floor as it hurts, but my balance isn't great with my knee up and you need to be down for pigeon. My hips are naturally very open and my shoulders too, so work on them doesn't feel so rewarding. My hamstrings are super tight and I want strength, so core work, downward dog and forward folds feel really good. I really don't like hip rotations for some reason.

Just did day 12, was SO wobbly in the circular lunges! Enjoyed it though, felt quite quick.

Day 9.

I liked puppy pose. But wobbly in places. The second half went really fast! I prefer it when she says nameste. It does t seem to be as often as it was in move.

I’m also missing the namaste. I’ve been saying it anyway to encourage her to join in 😃I’m so wobbly on the lunges though. When she says squeeze your inner thighs for balance I can’t seem to find any muscles to squeeze.

Loved this one apart from when the cat jumped off the cabinet into my back in the lizard pose....

But I do love lizard pose...

Day 12 done. I enjoyed the slow pace today. The circular lunges made me abit dizzy, enjoyed lizard.

Do any left hand and footers get a bit confused? I automatically go for my left hand or leg out side first. Then I get confused as to whether I’ve done side! 🙈

Day 12 done, but oh my life, the lunges with hands behind neck and circular movement really bloody hurt! Especially on my right side where I can get a twinge of sciatica if I'm not careful.

no downdogs today, so I did a couple of my own Grin

11 and 12 completed - fell asleep at the end of 11 so it was a bit of an effort to get up to do 12. I too found some of the shoulder stretches a tad tricky to follow but it did feel good to give my shoulders some love - they're tired from the very different challenges of swimming and sitting at a desk. Lunge circles were hard work and really challenged my legs and core, but in a good way!

Day 12 was perfect to end my working week, I enjoyed it even though I was much later starting than my usual time of evening. I really struggle to put my right arm above my head due to an op, but I know doing these moves will be helping greatly, I should probably do more.

Did anyone else manage to turn their hands all the way round to face their knees on the first table top circle stretches? I had to point mine to the side, and that was tricky! So much to improve on.

After an iffy practice yesterday, I enjoyed today. Nice and slow & stretchy. I balanced better today as well. Very proud of myself for still showing up. Well done everyone!

I finally got caught up yesterday after being one day behind all week. I can manage to get my hands all the way around, but I'm hypermobile in my shoulders, so I suspect this has something to do with it! Today's practice is going to have to wait until later, as I'm on an early 0600-1600 shift...there was no way I was setting my alarm for 0400 to get up, and besides, I don't think it lands on my app until a bit later. I am enjoying this series so far Smile

I guessed there’s be warrior 3 today from te name ‘trust’. I like warrior 3 but my left side isn’t as good. Love all the arm throwing! I do so appreciate the care she takes in these.

a lot of falling over and clutching at furniture 😂

I need a little cat to sit on my knees when I lower back on the mat. My dog is useless 🙄

Did d12 last night and just done d13 because I'm out tonight.

Golly my shoulders/upper back are crunchy. I might need to do another of her stretchy sessions to relax them a bit. Enjoyed today's, I like a warrior 3 although my balance was off again. Also enjoyed the lizards yesterday.

@OhOneOhTwoOhThree and @SunUpSunDown that’s so impressive, what a great stretch.
I’ve just tried again and I can do it if I place my fingers down first, with them pointing to my knees, it is painful. I can’t do it by placing my palms down and then rotate.

I got day 13 done earlier and I really enjoyed it. I get a really specific pain in at the back of my knee when I do certain poses, funnily enough I only feel it when I do yoga. I must have a tight tendon there but it feels like it’s about to snap. Other leg is fine though.
