Just did day 6 and found the core bits were ok. What I did find difficult were the bits needing shoulder strength.

I did no yoga on Sunday or Monday (due to general life busyness) and missed it. I've been up early the last 2 mornings so back in the groove. Did Day 23 (I think!) Process this morning. Enjoying it and my transitions are improving ie I can get my leg up in 3 legged dog and forward into lunge without too much difficulty. Nice to try and spot improvements even if they're small, keeps me motivated

Oooooh loving that this thread exists!! I have enjoyed yoga with Adrienne in the past but didn’t know she did 30 day programmes. Need some self care at the moment, will check it out and report back!!

Hello all - still here and done done yoga everyday - but been a manic week of kids activities so been rubbish at posting
@Sooverthemill glad to hear from you on here but sorry the Covid has put a stop to yoga for a while. Hope you are feeling a little better every day !

Just done day 4 of move after working through breath. Gosh it seems hard by comparison and I think it might be abbs day tomorrow! I've been enjoying reading how you've all been getting on. Can't quite believe I've managed to stick with this for 9 months now.

I have done YWA on and off for a few years, but never with a super consistent practice. Haven't done that much of it in the last couple of years. But my partner and I have just adopted a little girl, so since Monday I have done yoga every day during her nap time (then I go and collapse on the sofa till she wakes up!) This is the first time I've ever done daily yoga and I'm so pleased!

I'm not following a routine, but just picking a video based on how much time I want to spend and how I'm feeling. So a lot of self care videos! And today I did the grounding yoga practice, which was good. I love Warrior 2.

I did Day 27, Strong today.....one of the toughest in the series I think. Glad it's over!

I'll finish day 28 and 29 and then might just do some random Adrienne videos before restarting Move on Nov 1st.

Please let me know any recommendations. I prefer the more active routines, not a big fan of the 'breathing' parts Blush

Hello everyone, I dropped off the yoga bandwagon for a bit but have started again as my sleep was suffering without it. Up to day 14 of move again but having to modify a bit to work around a sore right wrist so no crow for me!

Day 8 was sooooo nice (apart from the nostril breathing which I also skipped!)
I tried Day 9 yesterday but only got a chance to do 14 mins so have to finish that another day.

Today has sort of run away from me, and I almost decided to skip yoga for today. But then I looked at all the super short practices and did 6 minute yoga chill. Some twists, bridge - I'm pleased I did it!

@Ottiva one of my favourites is the dancing warrior sequence. I don't think there's too much breathing in it.

@BestIsWest I hope your knee is feeling better!
