Oh no side plank! I skipped day 3 today as was at work.

Thinking whether to do day 3 or day 4 tomorrow.

Day 3 side plank was tough! My legs are really starting to ache now but hopefully that means I'm getting stronger.

Day 19 Explore done, nice and short and all very doable. Felt my triangle was better (more triangular!) than last time

My legs are feeling tired too, played tennis, walked 5km uphill and did yoga yesterday which was probably too much. Will take Thursday as a rest day as super busy with work & kids and won't have any time

Back on move this month and it's definitely my favourite. I actually enjoy it instead of watching the clock.

I'm doing Move again. Day three today as I missed yesterday. Knees were hurting after only a short run, though I suppose it wouldn't have done any harm.

Had my flu jab this morning and felt grotty and achy by the time I got home from work so gave Day 4 a miss. Hopefully better tomorrow.

Another one short of time today so did day 15 instead of 5 - will look forward to pigeon tomorrow hopefully then !

Day 20 done on Wednesday
Rest day Thursday
Day 21 Connect just done. It's a short core one. I was more or less able to keep up with adriene (even if my abs were screaming at me!). Nice to get back to after a busy and stressful week

Day 7 was a welcome relief from yesterday's session. Is it just me that is developing a girl crush on Adriene Blush and I really want a tour of her house, that view looks amazing!

Day 6 here - ouch ! I found it really tough and definitely couldn't do it all !
I think this must be another one I have avoided most months .

Did Day 4 today. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would- I don't usually like flows.
This is going to be an October & November challenge rather than just October

i Agree about day 6 being mostly laying down makes it a bit more bearable. But I did swear quite a few times!

One of the comments on you tube says when Adrienne wears a high bun you know you’re in for a hard core routine!
