What do you do? I'm getting jaded working in the NHS and know I have many skills that I could use elsewhere...

I'm on over £50k but have gone as high as I want to go in the NHS. I'm thinking of doing something else but I'm just into my 50's so think I may have left it too late. I have a quality management background too and would probably relish an auditor role, or something like that. Oh, also do a lot of training but not so keen on that side!

You could do law, as in medical reporting or record reviewing law firms pay a fortune for this type of work form a medically qualified person!

I work in the agricultural industry (with relevant degrees behind me) and my base pay is £60k, commission £20k ish and last years bonus was £13k. I’m the head of the UK division in sales. There are plenty of people in the industry with no farming backgrounds so it’s worth a try if you have any sales experience
