What do you do? I'm getting jaded working in the NHS and know I have many skills that I could use elsewhere...

Mix of data analytics and project management manager in a charity.
After 5 years my work is a joke and I probably deliver it all in max 8-12h a week real work. On some weeks I work like 5 hours.
Apparently everyone is afraid of losing me and my skills lmao.

Civil Servant, hit £48k 15m after joining as a graduate c.10 years ago now. I worked my socks off and got promoted quickly. Now I’m a senior civil servant on just under £100k. I could get more in the private sector but value the public interest and work life balance.
