Not much work and low pay but not much choice if you can't go out to work unfortunately.

Getting really suspicious now just emailed a TL on their email that I have used many times and its come back as failed delivery saying email recipient doesnt exist!

@carosel2 Oh no, that's really suspicious... as usual we are last to know what is going on. I have visions of just trying to log on one day and everything will be gone and we will be out of work. I was also wondering how TLs are meant to contact us when they want particular work done.

@olddoglover - yes I agree i think something defo adrift now. Those list of answers are like what you get when you want information from a bank, amazon etc where it doesnt answer any question at all just gives links to other areas where you may find your answer. I kept putting the name and saying sent a message to you know who and it kept saying dont understand query?but that email fail is defo a problem now. I think same we are going to log on one day and it wnt allow us

@carosel2 yeah I know what you mean when trying to contact bank etc you just go round in circles. On T Pro is there an option to escalate to "speak to someone"

@olddoglover - no, I sent same message three times but same reply, usually on the others it says would you like to transfer to the message assistant doesn't it but the messages looked like for clients though and not the transcriber at all. Perhaps they are revamping the system and its going a bit wrong but surely you would think they would advise what to do if we do have a query because you really cannot use that at all, but then again who are we, just the little people that type and raise their bank balance

I needed a laugh today with the work load or lack thereof. And VR kindly obliged with the blood test results of "White bread cells" (I think dictator changed his mind from saying "white" to "red" but it made me smile).

@carosel2 hopefully that's reassuring that still surprised TL did not inform about the holiday. They used to - who to contact in their absence etc. your TL even used to tell me! (although perhaps she thought I might be in need of more help than other people...)

Just used their new "question" or "helpdesk" system. I asked a question and a lot of articles popped up followed by an option to speak to someone. So I elected for the person option, and was then told to give my query with more detail!! Not impressed. Then I had to give my email address and someone will contact me. Not holding my breath.

@Gally123 I think I am just going to email either helpdesk or TL directly, doesn't seem worth getting involved in the new messaging system

What is driving me nuts is suddenly capital letters are appearing on any kind of word mid sentence! Whenever they try and improve the system inevitably it gets worse.

I also think taking live chat away is a terrible idea. I was working yesterday until late. I read my emails later on and had not seen one asking for help on some tasks. If that had popped up on the bubble I would have seen it immediately. Makes no sense to me.

got a message to say "thanks for your message, it was flagged earlier with the development team".
A group email to us all to say" there is a problem with... we are aware of it and doing our best to fix it" would have been nice. Hope their customer service is better for the clients.
