What I would like to ask is how exactly do you find so much spare time to chat on these boards about earning between £100k and £250k when you have five children of your own and also what seems must be a very demanding full time job?

I have just one child and a very part time job and this will be about the only 5 minutes I get to luxuriate on the internet?

I don't know and I don't care, Queenmummy.

I think it's someone who's talking out their arse and I always have believed this since the moment 'Xenia' started posting.

My bullshit radar went off, and after 10 years working w/lawyers and criminal courts, it's pretty strong.

One member I know nothing about isn't going to change that opinion.

expatinscotland · 13/11/2006 21:07

I was a relative newbie then, LGJ, and was completely mesmerised.

Queenmummy · 13/11/2006 21:07

well, I am not her, have nothing to do with her etc etc. I just wanted to end the debate about man/troll whatever - she really isn't (hard to believe, I know, given some of her posts, but there you are!)

expatinscotland · 13/11/2006 21:08

Oh, okay, then, it's JK Rowling.

lulumama · 13/11/2006 21:08

NotAnOtter · 13/11/2006 21:08

Queen mummy are you new?

Queenmummy · 13/11/2006 21:08

I agree she's full of bullshit expat! you don't have to persuade me on that. And, funnily enough, Xenia is a lawyer

lulumama · 13/11/2006 21:08

Queenmummy · 13/11/2006 21:09

Queenmummy · 13/11/2006 21:11

lulumama · 13/11/2006 21:12

expat..if that is so,and having read her comments on the private school thread..i think you might be right ..that is so much effort to go to , for what???? what does a troll get from trolling?

expatinscotland · 13/11/2006 21:12

He hangs round bus stations and abuses the staff.

Don't feed him Carling Black Label.

QM is right (and I have no idea who she is either), although I don't particularly want any other details posted. Someone else on another thread said they'd seen me in a newspaper and although they got the wrong paper they were right too. Anyway it's neither here nor there. I'm just a mother, buit never of course. Oh dear I really really hate it when the children's school reading books come home with the word "mum" in. Why can't we have fairness? We have books with black children, lesbians, disabled. Why can't we get the odd one where the children call their mother mummy? It's so biased. Thank God for Enid Blyton sometimes...

sorry... haven't been involved in this xenia but i am completely confused as to why a journalist would have been interviewing you about that thing if you weren't either a. that thing/person or b. someone already using mumsnet. " Why shouldn't journalists interview people about things and why if I don't want to be outed would I post a link? Despite my obvious general incompetence I am apparently reasonably well known in certain areas in which others regard me as having expertise, that's all. It's not that hard to get journalists to call you or be interested in you.

I'm certainly not a man.
