The Green Party and the word ‘female’

Omnicause veteran Eli Folan (who tweets as Stats for Lefties) has been elected to the Green Party’s governing council. Eli, as they tell us twice, is a ‘female’ rep. I don’t know whether this phrasing is the Green’s or is Eli’s special contribution.

C'mon, be fair, Polanski has just hosted a podcast with Magic Grandpa, we should all be reassured the alt left have all the answers. Easy answers are best, that's why they're easy.

I wonder if Polanski asks the difficult questions about how Your Party spiralled into disaster and why the same thing is happening in the Greens in Bolton and everywhere else.

Crunch time for the Greens at conference October 2 to October 4, 2026, at Brighton. All the factions will be out.

Elliionrarrara is now claiming there's a smear campaign against him and he never said anything anti Jewish

That's because he's another thick bigot hiding his antisemitism behind anti Zionism.

Depressingly not a single mention of the environment or climate change.

This. Absolutely brazen.

At least Corbyn and Sultana had the good grace to leave Labour and set up their own party. Ditto Lowe and Restore. Farage is open about setting up one party after another.
Polanski has seen an opening within an established party, with a functioning grass roots, reputation and tradition, and parasitically attached himself within then acting as a lighting rod for all sorts of disaffected Omnicausers, plus this frankly batshit convergence of Islamic sectarian with pro TQ+.
The giveaway is Polanski's failure to progress up the ranks in the LDs. He failed at trying to push on to where he would have gained a powerbase and foothold.
If he had, right now it would be the LDs who'd be taken over by the perma-angry and infantile left.
Polanski gets found out, the party ejects him sooner rather than later, and reverts to a pro-environmental party, dropping the effluent of trans ideology and extreme anti Zionism, or they continue to contaminate and either get found out by the electorate outside their heartlands of Brighton, Bristol, Hackney etc, or the craziness of the age means that he gets outsize influence in a rainbow coalition after the next GE.

Lalgarh · 23/08/2026 09:54

I doubt the greens will drop the Gaza stuff. They have a new voter base on the Muslim community who see that as their key issue. They might drop the trans stuff. The times I think says over £1m has been spent on legal battles and private Eye mentioned that they're already spending more on legal cases than campaigns

Perfect analysis.

Considering Folan declared they are proud of their mental illness, what must the duty of care be for the party? He's already backtracked over the terrible press reporting on Actual Things He's posted. How robust is he going to be on anything else like managing budgets

Lalgarh · 24/08/2026 08:24

Is this him? From 2015 as Elliott Folan

https://nitter.net/QueerCantHear/status/710061849086189568#m

And arguing for an electoral pact with labour and the greens then, which is the same thing he attacked Caroline Lucas of more recently

I don't normally bitch about weight but in his case, he's piled it on. No wonder he's so bitter.

That's him. Green to Corbyn's Labour and then the trash took itself out.

He also had a blog once. Now gone - but nothing on the internet is really gone. It's quite predictable. Starts as autistic geeky 17 year old, by second year at uni is 'genderqueer'. I think it stops before he becomes she. I almost felt sorry for him.

I’ve seen him around Norwich with a vastly obese young woman with a shaven head. They were in a cafe i was in last year with a baby stroller. I thought the woman was breastfeeding & then realised it was a startlingly realistic black baby doll.

Distinctly unsettling.

Lalgarh · 24/08/2026 21:55

Wtf

moto748e · 24/08/2026 22:24

I live near Norwich and visit it quite often. Wouldn't call it boring at all, has one of the youngest populations in the UK.
It's <very> Green/LGBTQ in its outlook and politics. I'm not at all surprised results like this have happened.

Managing budgets 🤪

Folan is massively unstable. By winning that post and his online reach he is a significant figure in the party, but an inherently divisive one. The Reddit Green consensus is not positive on him even from fellow trans people. I mean his vendetta against Caroline Lucas is seen as crazy.

I kind of expect he is not such a blowhard offline and major meltdowns are possible. Another reason the early October conference is going to be a key and explosive moment.

When you put the genderists, Muslims, old school greens, feminists, Jews, various forms of far leftists all together in real life presided over by Zack Polanski, with Mothin Ali and posho Rachel Milward as deputies, you have a recipe for something very messy indeed. Especially as all the media will be watching hoping to report some crazy stuff.,

ArabellaScott · 25/08/2026 09:00

Gosh, fromorbit. You make the October conference sound like it's going to be a wildly entertaining circus.

Conferences I attended a few years back already had flounces and tantrums, I can only imagine what it'll be like with Zack at the helm!

I do hope there is roving reporter/mole. It sounds like it could be fascinating.

I am probably underestimating the drama.

The online one in Spring was like this.

Greens fail to pass controversial 'Zionism is racism' policy as infighting, dodgy tech and a misgendering row scupper conference - while leader Polanski dances at demo
https://www.dailymail.com/news/article-15688837/Greens-fail-pass-controversial-Zionism-racism-policy-Polanski-dances.html

It will be like the drama at the Your Party conference, BUT with various forms of Green hardcore types as well to add in the mix, plus the Greens have failed to get rid of all the pesky feminists too. Difficult when one is one of them is a Green Peer. Plus there will be lots of confused new members .

The Greens have only just banned a charity fighting antisemitism from conference so tensions are rising. Plus they were talking about a policy* *discussion there to ban police Tasers and pepper spray but have backed off it. See the Green thread for all that.

Greens fail to pass 'Zionism is racism' policy amid conference row

The event, held online via Zoom, was marred by technical glitches as more than 1,000 people tried to take part, leading some to claim it was being targeted by a cyber attack.

It's really sad to see what the party have become. I have only voted Green once but the Green party help drive policies for the better

There is nothing genuine about Zack Polanski. In it to create division and gain power for himself. Where Farage pretends he is a man of the people Polanski pretends he is a man of peace. Both are so damaging to UK politics

At least Labour has mainly rid itself of the supposedly far left supporters with their anti sematic views they have a new home now

Farage and Polanski are as extremist and dangerous as each other. They have more in common than either of them would like to believe.

I simultaneously do want to find out more about the skinhead woman with the life like baby, and yet also not.

Folan is going to get eaten alive
