Polycule falls apart

I expect people remember that Heather Herbert (charged in relation to social media comments he made after Ann Widdecombe's death) is in a polycule with Sophie Molly (aka Sparkles, aka Euan Weddell) and someone called Poppybear.

Molly, I believe, is a witness for Jolyon Maugham in Sarah Phillimore's libel case against Maugham.

Poppybear has been posting some very indiscreet posts on BlueSky about both Molly and Herbert, and it looks, tragically, as if the polycule has fallen apart.

According to Poppybear, Herbert's comments about Widdecombe "painted a bullseye on all of us", and led to the police coming in and "invading" all their devices (whatever that means).

Also according to Poppybear, living with Sophie Molly is "like being permanently slapped around the face by pathological laziness unless it's something that grooms her ego."

So let me get this right.. among other things HH didn't like what he posted being looked into by the police for hate speech and the rest of them are in vengeful destructive meltdown.

They really thought they were a sacred caste didn't they.

Like a pp said- I'd feel sorry for them because they clearly have - issues - but given how they have behaved and how they treat women (the old-fashioned kind) I'm just watching on.

Sarah Phillimore must be watching this and wondering what Jolyon is thinking having taken Sophie sparkles as a client against her. He said she bullied him to the brink of suicide.

Well there's evidence that Jolly supports, or did support bash back, so....

And he's as mad as a fish, so he probably still thinks he's backed the right horse. Even though it is a 3 legged donkey with issues.

Please dont be mean to 3 legged donkeys with issues they really aren't as bad as the fox killers case is.

Didnt Sparkles announce another protest some time ago. Something about walking somewhere every day in protest about something or other. There was a video, complete with huge Doc Martins and then it all sort of fizzled out. It’s hard to keep track

I think it was a sponsored walk for “Heather”’s kidney or something.

I guess that might have happened too but this was more a protest with Sparkles vowing to walk to somewhere every day. Maybe something to do with the equality act??? I remember the first walk but then it all sort of fizzled out. Might have been around the time of Pissduck…..it’s so had to keep track of the piss protests

Not just a TRA, an early trans-identified male, now aged 77. This picture from Wikipedia is nearly 20 years old. Sounds delightful.

The walk for Heather sounds very lovely and innocuous but raises a few questions. Herbert is now in an NHS hospital recovering from kidney surgery. The sponsored walk was to raise funds for private treatment because the NHS was allegedly not able to provide what Heather needed in a timely way, or possibly was not guaranteeing a private room or a bed on a female ward, I don't know. The money is now going to be used for some other good cause as identifed by Sparkles, presumably with input from Herbert. Okaaay.

The other point about the walk is that Sparkles has been very vocal about not being able to do paid work because of a number of health problems, including not being able to walk very far. The sponsored walk, which poppybear says did indeed happen, was 15km, I think. So it would seem that Sparkles has improved a lot since being assessed for the disability benefits, but has not looked for a job. Hmm.

Having said that, imagine having Sparkles, or indeed any of them, as a colleague.

Surely even Sophie is not daft enough to do a 15km sponsored walk while being on disability benefits related to poor mobility?!

There have been many tags to the DWP on Twitter highlighting this. Whether anything has come from any of them we don't know. Well I suppose we do because Euan would be squealing like a stuck pig at the injustice if he'd been contacted.

SM is in Scotland so benefits would be administered by Social Security Scotland, not DWP. I think SM's claimed to get the standard daily living rate of Adult Disability Payment (PIP in England) but no mobility award, & no means tested benefits because of Herbert's income.

Did he cut himself shaving?

Seems like someone in the polycule called the police on the pretext of getting another member (poppybear?) psychiatric help.
