Isn't a shark one of the trans emblems? Something to do with Ikea making a toy shark in the trans flag colours. So putting a shark on one of the pictures is an own goal.

I've no issue with transpeople living their lives in peace as long as they do exactly the same to women. Unfortunately some aren't extending the same courtesy to women.

And, also, given that I feel that sharks are more misunderstood than some transpeople I guess that makes me a monster.

Makes it sound like we're a movement, ideology or a philosophy, rather than people.

I wish our allies at least would remember that trans is an adjective.

To me it reads as if the monster is pretending not to be a monster and is using professed support of trans people as misdirection to conceal how dangerous they are.

The first thing before anyone even gets to the point of reflection, is to subliminally associate 'trans' with fear/danger.

Personally I think the most alarming thing about this campaign is that they are advertising in huge letters the word TRANS with pictures of natural predators 😮

Conservationists might have a word or two to say about gorillas and sharks being portrayed as monsters, especially as both those species are far more endangered than ‘trans’. 🙄
