Tempest (a TW) is claiming discrimination, harassment and/or victimisation on grounds of gender reassignment. Central to the claim is the existence of the Sex Equality and Equity Network in the Civil Service (SEEN). SEEN has been granted right to intervene. Parts of the original claim against the co-chair of SEEN (Elspeth Duemmer-Wrigley) and another party (Andreas Mueller) were struck out or narrowed. Another claimant, PQ, is no longer part of the case.

Please note that Elspeth still has a garden in need of seeds and water to support the ability of SEEN to be an intervenor in this case. The claim originated because she said "only women menstruate" and a search with her name and those terms at the usual gardening website should point you to her plot.

HH and ST leave court..together? It's getting pretty desperate now.

HH - no steps to investigate any further whether appropriate.
CA comment on teams call org by EA network - so EA responsible to respond. I was told discussion with EW and resolution. Don't know what the resolution was.

HH - overwhelming comments by trans colleagues and allies up to Nov 2022 abt what they perceived SEEN was really abt, not give you pause as to whether SEEN was questioning reality of trans people?

CA - No. Biologically female people are women - so do not accept ID of TM - see biological functions as function of women.

Cor blimey, they are really scraping the barrel are they not. Is this all they've got? That because CA left one post up while they reviewed moderation we are in a 3 week ET with HH standing in as the rainbow wheel of death?

I am (always) way, way behind on these threads. Secondly, I am very grateful to the c&p-ers, but could I make a plea that just one person does the c&p-ing? And if you're posting a short quote of TTs, maybe wait until the c&per has already posted it on the thread? It's very confusing otherwise.

If ST loses the case does he have to pay costs?
