It’s for bad actors etc…

Heh heh! Very good 👏

Ah right, yes. For a moment there i thought you had absolutely no idea what you were talking about. Dunno why I thought that. My mistake.

I used to think you were reasonable people with some reasonable concerns, but interacting with some of you here has definitely helped me reach to top of thr hill back in the opposite direction. I think I’ll worry less about things going forward.

SabrinaThwaite · 07/07/2026 00:05

Also worth noting that Justice Swift in GLP v EHRC found that employers should restrict workplace facilities by biological sex.

HSE regulations fall under criminal law.

GreyskySexRealistsky · 07/07/2026 00:07

These threads always go the same way.
"I'm going to do what I want to do, and you women can't stop me"

You failed. But then you were always on a hiding to nothing.

Men who say they feel like women and so should be treated as women for all purposes (especially if they have a certificate that says that they are now a lady) will be pointed to the fact that it’s not true and nobody has to pretend any more.

I’ve been told multiple times why people still have to pretend

Is he still going on? You’d think they’d learn by now wouldn’t you. Or maybe it’s the only way they get female interaction.

FlirtsWithRhinos · 06/07/2026 23:20

No. I picked extreme examples so there could be no doubt both that the belief and reality were way apart, and that the person nevertheless felt the rightness of the belief so strongly they would do extreme things because of it.

There were examples I did not use because I felt they might be seen as implying something about trans identifying men.

Interestingly, another thing women learn through experience is that extreme emotions can still be manipulative.

another thing women learn through experience is that extreme emotions can still be manipulative

This is important to recognise.

There is a great deal of manipulation behind a group of male people’s choices to engage in treatments that result in attaining ‘female’ attributes and then their demands that others use female language for them. When you also consider that female people have an intuitive process for self-protection to act in compliance to keep a male person happy in that moment and that media and personal experience and policy has modelled and regulated that noncompliant women are recognised and receive negative consequences for non-compliance the manipulation from that group takes on greater significance.

While at the same time, society has been programmed to be ‘kind’. GG brought in a kindness badge, we receive so much messaging about how to be ‘kind’ bombarding us it has become an empty buzzword. Some people make it a proclaimed central core value when it used to be something more intrinsic.

The manipulation is both at an individual level and a collective level.

The situation whereby a male person’s feeling where they reject male stereotypes and aspects of their life that they associate with being ‘male’ is being framed then as being ‘female’ and society pressure has allowed those male people’s demands to be centred and treated as material reality is strategic. The group have taken advantage of the rise of kindness to achieve their objective of being validated as their identity.

Helleofabore · 07/07/2026 05:15

DumbfoundedAndUnhappy · 06/07/2026 23:24

Yeah, I guess a trans person using the toilet of their gender is pushing back against segregation.

This is another time you have shown you don’t understand (or act as if you don’t ) the difference between legitimate and illegitimate discrimination.

This is a whooper though. You chose to leverage a group’s illegitimate discrimination to further your own political aims.

Helleofabore · 07/07/2026 05:20

DumbfoundedAndUnhappy · 06/07/2026 23:36

Of course I would. The FWS judgement so such obvious bullshit and completely goes against the original intention of the EA.

There's a word for people who don't obey the law.
@Theunchosenone says it’s activist

How surprising that some of the original writers of the EA2010 don’t agree with you at all.

I believe that you are spreading misinformation with this gem and the intention is a claim to authority.

Ha! You thought we were "reasonable" when you thought we could be manipulated with Sadface and Sadstory to agree you were a special sweet trans identifying man who got a special pass.

Now you realise we aren't the mask is off and the entitlement shines bright.

Newsflash - men trying to manipulate women by trying to make us feel bad and nasty for saying no is as old as time. Feminists soon realise we need to cope with men calling us nasty if we want to get anywhere.

I really don't know what you were hoping to get from this thread and these interactions. You've described how you have always had a feeling that you're not like men and that you feel like a woman. None of us know what is in your mind so we can accept your feelings but as you've demonstrated you cannot explain what feeling like a woman is. Wimen can't explain what feeling like a woman is either.

Did you think that by sharing your feelings we'd say oh you're ok you may share our single sex protected spaces and that we'd accept you as a woman just the same as us?

That's never going to happen. You are biologically male and it is far better for you to accept this and live your life accepting reality and truth. We are not here to police your appearance. You are free to dress however you wish. Please don't expect us to go along with your desires to be part of the female population. It is for the male section of our society to accept you and make space for you to live your life free from harassment.

Helleofabore · 07/07/2026 07:59

There are always going to be some women who will manipulated into agreeing that a male person can demand to be treated as a femal. Of course, there are many ways this works and I think we have seen them all.

I have been mistaken / treated as a ‘woman’ for 40+ years, I have taken estrogen that had led to extreme body modification, sought elective surgery, I have experienced trauma and this subjective reality helps me cope, but I am a short and lightly built man, if I use male single sex provisions I will be attacked, it is literal genocide to exclude me from female single sex provisions or to use correct sex language for me. Or but I have a GRC.

The list is endless.

It is a very lazy and all too easy reaction to label the group who won’t comply as being hateful and being worthy of derision.

It always comes back to the same thing.

They are male predators all the way down.

Male predators who won't listen to women and don't care about their consent. Same as incels, fundamentally 🙄

I just could not be arsed because we've had this same bollocks so many times.

Almost weird that we've never yet had a visiting man declaring a female essence or identity who engaged in discussion and then said 'okay, I hear you and understand and will respect your rights'.

why are SSS segregation but gendered spaces are just fine and dandy?

Indeed.

SSS are evil biological reality.

Gendered spaces are progressive and stunning and brave.

I don’t know for sure tbh. I think if it was just ‘not male’, I wouldn’t feel so strongly that I should’ve been born female.

You would, because, what else is there? There are only two sexes. If you feel a strong aversion to being male, so strong that even throwing off the stereotypes of masculinity isn't enough, because you hate your sexed body and the very idea of being a man, it stands to reason you'll be highly attracted to the idea of being a woman, because you've got to be one or the other.
I think this high attraction to being a woman gets confused with 'feeling like' a woman.
When imo, there can be no such thing as feeling like a woman, because in order to feel one thing rather than another, we need to have experienced both so we can judge.
For example, I might say I feel youthful, despite being middle aged. This would be a valid feeling, because I have experienced youth and know whether the characteristics i associate with it, eg, energy, zest for life, good health still apply to me.
I couldn't however say with any validity when I was 20 that I felt middle aged, because I hadn't had that experience.
All I'd be doing is observing middle aged women, compiling patterns into stereotypes, and looking for superficial commonality with my own life, such as interests, clothing choices and so on.
This is what I believe you're doing when you 'feel like' a woman.

Maybe people suggesting I wanted to transition because of a fascination with boobs, or comparing my briefs to a stalker or an incel isn’t going to make me particularly willing engage with your beliefs.

So cut to the chase.

How, as a man, could you have any knowledge about what it is/feels to be female?

You really do misinterpret what people say.

This lack of comprehension is clearly part of the issue.
