Oh maaate.

Males forcing their way into female spaces because they have womanly feels has nothing in common with Rosa Parks.

@Theunchosenone made the original comparison, not me!

They're pushing back against the law.

The law is an ass and sometimes needs pushing back on

Don’t look at me mate. You compared men not being allowed into female spaces to Jim Crow. I just said Rosa Parks was an example of an activist who did a small thing. .

Of course I would. The FWS judgement so such obvious bullshit and completely goes against the original intention of the EA.

DumbfoundedAndUnhappy · 06/07/2026 23:24

Yeah, I guess a trans person using the toilet of their gender is pushing back against segregation.

Males in female spaces is a pushback again segregation…

Nooo the word is criminal. Have you thought about getting a better dictionary? And maybe going on a race awareness course? Might get you out and about a bit.

The original intention of the EA?

Which was? To permit men who say they are women unfettered access to women?

No. The Supreme Court dealt with this nonsense.

Yeah I’m not saying TRA have main character syndrome but why do they believe everything is about them?

I don’t think the Equality Act is a piece of criminal law

It was to treat people with a GRC as female under the act, as that is what a gender recognition certificate does.

Why did the explanatory notes of the Equality Act specific when exclusion could happen if exclusion was meant to be the default?

No, come on. Explain how violating the Equity Act makes someone a criminal. I’m really looking forward to this explanation.

The SC decided that a GRC doesn’t make a male person a female person where sex matters.

HTH.

Of course the equality act was solely about trans people.
What are you like?!

Yes, of course. I was obviously saying it’s just about trans people. And not that they thought it could be proportionate to exclude trans people in some circumstances, not all.

Ah right, yes. For a moment there i thought you had absolutely no idea what you were talking about. Dunno why I thought that. My mistake.
