Sorry. Please clarify what you have just written. It doesn’t make sense at all.

Just like how people born female can put medicines into the vagina for absorption, bottom surgery of a person born male also works.

> Male Primary Features: Penis, scrotum, and testes.
> Female Primary Features: Vagina, uterus, ovaries, and cervix.

If a trans woman gets bottom surgery to get a neovagina then that is what they call changing primary sex characteristics.

Same with testes being converted to ovaries which has existed for quite some time but as an experimental method. Only one TIM in the UK managed to go through it.

Uterus transplants exists but they're not available to people born male because of the differences in pelvis/hips and more medical research is needed for that.

Everyone is born female in the womb even with XY chromosomes so a person who is born female has a tiny penis called the clitoris which functions the same way as a person who is born male with glans.

So females ejaculate from their clitoris? Are you sure about that? Wanna phone a friend? Ask the audience? 🤣🤣🤣

CRISPR is a gene editing tool.
What is CRISPR going to do in a fully developed human?

> What is CRISPR going to do in a fully developed human?

It is a in-vivo gene and an ex-vivo gene tool. It allows people born male to have ovarian cells and allows people born female to have testicular cells.

Igneococcus · 04/05/2026 15:07

Oh boy. I would suggest you to look this up. Testicles/ovaries are very identical in its genome sequence.
You really have no understanding how this all work, geeez.

Your genitals evolve when you are in a woman's womb so of course you won't ejaculate from your clitoris.

> Nope, that's absolute rubbish

I mean look. That is how biology works so there is no need to deny how reality works. People like you on here are very bold to make assumptions without knowing how your own body works.

> A "neovagina" is a penis turned inside out, or some other rearrangement of colon tissue. It isn't a vagina.

It still is a vagina regardless of how you define it.

No, you do know the female vagina links to other organs. A “neovaGina” is a gaping wound that links to nowhere. You failed GCSE biology didn’t you?

Are people making assumptions? Even though I know multiple people who have gone through this process themselves and have confirmed that this works?

CassOle · 04/05/2026 15:09

It's like having a toddler trying to explain why the cows in the field are actually 'horses'.

I know what it is, I have used it and will almost certainly use it again.
My question is: what is it going to do in tissues/organs that have gone through full differentiation?

A vagina is not (just) a hole to put things (like penises) in.

Are you remotely aware of where babies come from?

Clearly not.

Your genitals evolve when you are in a woman's womb so of course you won't ejaculate from your clitoris.

But you said that it functions like a penis. Are you retracting that statement now? You do know you can go back to night school and retake biology. It might help.

To be serious a moment, it's actually really sad that society has encouraged these mentally ill men to believe their delusions.

"testes being converted to ovaries"

That's a Nobel Prize right there!

Edited

Yes, that's the one that leapt out as a new claim that I hadn't heard before.

If there is male out there who has been told by a medical professional that this has happened following "treatment", that's absolutely awful. The gender affirming care industry needs vulnerable and trusting people like this to prop it up.

Edited to add: as a small silver lining, hopefully this trusting patient has also been told that it's not necessary to take testosterone blocking hormones or synthetic oestrogen any more, now that these magical ovaries are there... So the endocrine system may have a chance at recovery. I'm aware that some effects of cross-sex hormones are permanent (particularly when biological females take testosterone and oestrogen can longer be produced naturally) but giving the chance to recover sounds like a positive. Even if it has come as a result of deception by a medical professional - FFS.

It still is a vagina regardless of how you define it.

A vagina is a birth canal. It is a specialised organ. It joins the womb to the exterior world. It is self lubricating, it has its own micro biology, and can stretch to accommodate the passage of a baby during childbirth.

It is made out of completely different tissue to a “neo-vagina”(inverted penile tissue or colon) which is a dead end cavity that must be dilated to prevent it from healing up.

The neo-vagina is a cosmetic surgical construction; it has none of the natural functions of an actual vagina.

Except from the male perspective, you could stick a penis in it, so it presumably affords some validation to its owner. But some men will stick penis’s in almost any hole to see what happens.

A real woman’s vagina is so much more than a receptacle for a penis. But I guess if you are male, you might not have any comprehension of the vagina beyond penis receptacle. Hence transwomen think that’s all there is to it.

Male ignorance of our female reality. Sad really.

By "functions" I am talking purely for sexual stimulation.

> Any trans person in the U.K. now knows they shouldn’t be in the opposite sex space.

And why is that? Just because you have been abused by people born male in the past does not mean that they will abuse you. That is your own experiences and does not match reality at all.

Our mixed spaces is being recked by people born female who decides to police people.

Edited

I don’t consent.

no one else gets to consent for me and I do not consent.

single sex spaces are enshrined in law and the Supreme Court, thankfully, have clarified.
